I am human

I do not say I am a Saint I never asked to be put on a pedestal So that when Shift happens You would have wrath & justification to judge and slander about me and to me

I am and have always been human A human being with a body, soul & mind - like you I bleed when I’m cut Like you I am just doing the best I can - with the tools I have

Yes I teach Share Give Perform acts of LoVe & joy Not because I think I’m better than you or that I think I know more than you I sow loVe & joy Because selfishly I know What I give I receive

I loVe because it feels good to loVe I share joy because I feel that joy grow within me too

I never said I was perfect You wanted me to be And now that I seem human And make mistakes As My shift happens You say words, (not all to my face) Judging me and even questioning my faith and perception of God’s great loVe for ALL… Just because you struggle to understand me, doesn’t make me less deserving of your or God’s loVe or grace or humanKINDness I own the hurt that I’ve unconsciously affected - as my shift has happened… And I own The lies and half truths I’ve shared in attempts to try lessen the pain and judgements I am human learning and growing and asking for forgiveness

And what of Divine forgiveness? Is it possible that our living God forgives without consequence… Forgiveness is of LoVe Which is of God Consequence & wrath is of my own, or others creation When we feel pain, we seemingly can’t forgive and so create judgemental thoughts and actions That is our consequence not God’s

For my unconscious ways I pray for your forgiveness as I have felt God’s already given with great loVe and care…

I pray for compassion, loVe, peace and harmony to grow in ALL hearts… I pray for healing and amazing grace

Shift is happening Hearts are opening Lives are transforming We are all awakening and with growth there is often pain We are ALL in this together

I am merely a human being Choosing to be the best version of me Discovering new layers of truth and sharing it with an open heart Deepening my relationship with God Choosing to give loVe to myself and ALL others, so that I may expand my potential to be one of God’s great loVe vessels I am alive Vulnerable Willing to keep working on me, you, us ALL And together we will eventually be LoVe, peace, grace and joy In perfectly healed Harmony Amen

Today is a Happiness Day… Folks around the world have been inspired to share what makes them feel happy… For me my greatest joy comes from giving joy… When I show up to create a playful, fun space, where loVe guides my humanKINDness… I feel a great joy… When I “care clown” in the hospital, I feel the truth of my being come alive, the best version of me, that knows no labels or limiting perceptions shines and I feel so yay! I’ve realised after doing this work for twelve years, the message is simple “give joy - get joy”… Call it selfish if you want, I reckon this is the kind of selfish the world needs more of… A kind way - where everyone wins! Selfish and caring! I pray today and all days that loVe and peace and joy, harmony, ease and grace will continue to grow in all beings and in all manner of all things! And so it is… This happiness day and all days!

Happy loVe Day all… The #joymoVement took to sharing loVe with #freehugs at the Shongweni Market this morning… All ages received and gave loVe and even a few canine friends too… Highlights included hugging a little four year old Angel… Seriously her name was Angel… And a more mature gentleman cautiously moved in to give and receive his hug and his whole face lit up as he said “thank you - you’ve really made my day”…

Day 7 of the #PureJoy Tour and WOW and YAY what an amazing journey... One of the soon to be Care Clowns trained UP tomorrow traveled all the way from Cape Town to attend the training and she's now also taking the PureJoy Tour with UP. So YAY!!! Today we arranged and prepped for the 2 day Care Clown training starting tomorrow at Albert Luthuli and set UP the events for next week... 4 MAfrika shows, Conscious Cafe launch are just some of the yay week coming UP... So YAY!!

What a Blessing to be able to share a Joy talk with the sUPporters of Umduduzi Hospice Care for Children… Their fundraiser this morning was an awesome success and everyone was moved to tears of loVe and joy!

Day 29 of my 29 gifts in 29 days and Wow wow wow… A humongous YAY!

This is a completion and a new beginning - I have to share first what an absolutely “oh my hat”, YAY day, today was…

I’ve reflected many times how awesome the flow of giving and receiving is, when you are super conscious of it and wow gratitude is the result. But I’ve restrained myself from making these posts too long - cos we’re all busy and I didn’t want to bore you with my ramblings… But I need you all to know how miraculous this gifting journey is - so please “farginen” INDULGE my joyous celebrations…

Today started with heart shapes gifted from above, seriously that puddle above is, left over from the recent rains. That heart became my gift to UCT’s information desk, their eyes lit up as I told them how I believed God gives me heart shape signs to affirm I’m on the right path… I leant over the desk and showed the pic and observed the gift of their spirits UPlifted by the same heart shape and its beauty and divinity gift, now collectively appreciated. Yay… Moments later I gifted a free joy session to a group of rad Drama students - again seeing their lights go on and their smiles beam - just added to my inner heart smile :0) Yay (you know I just had to throw in another yay)

Next I shared some inspiring moments with Veronica (the still giggling drama teacher) & then I dashed off to the UP office . I supported my PA to find a new temporary home and reminded her of how grateful I am to receive her gift of support everyday - as she helps me contact schools and corporates for MAfrika and joy bookings. Shared hugs with Aseza The UP P.A and whilst this was all happening I received the gift of another JOY booking for late November & an awe-inspiring meeting with Artscape to talk MAfrika synergy - yay!

Then it was off to Woodside for my Care Clowning session - today was Gareth’s Birthday so we gifted him a t-shirt and love songs for them all to fill their hearts… Meantime I got a birthday party enquiry and a lady was at my home cleaning my home and 3 guys clearing my garden… Oh my hat crazy wow so yay Blessed! I can own my first cycle of my 18 leading up to my 40th birthday… Giving is part of who I am and as I launched myself as a charity head case on my 29th birthday, a decade later, having just completed my 29 gifts in 29 days, I can say with all my heart… “I’m no longer a charity head case - I give and I receive equally and I care about this planet and all it’s people and together we can live the solutions”… Yay! Thank you everyone for your support and love! Special thanks to Trudi, Robyn Rosa, Siobhan, Les, Adi, Meg and my prince. I will continue to live and love giving and receiving everyday of my life for the rest of my life and… Tomorrow is the next step - my new 3 week - 21day cycle begins and it’s HAPPY FOOD… I know what my ideal healthy eating plan is and the knowing makes no difference - so I’ve committed to a 3 week plan to help me sustain my most joyful body… Stay tuned for more on the next step of my new cycle…

I’m very excited to declare to the world… I’ve devoted this final year of my 30’s to integrate my knowledge of joy. It’s said “knowing makes no difference”, if we really want to live the things we know will make a difference to our well-being, we need to practice them until they become a new healthy pattern. So this year leading up to my 40th - I’ve committed the entire year to just this… Practicing 18 healthy “joy-creating” cycles, adding and living a new cycle every 3 weeks - is my bold intention. I started the first one (giving) before my 39th Birthday and its the longest cycle… All the others will last 3weeks… Woohoooo… Let the games begin… Feel free to join me… The next one starts next week Thursday and its titled “happy food”… Yay!!!
