Here are some of the most abundant nutrients, in a single 3.5 ounce (100 gram) serving (3): Vitamin K: 26% of the RDA. Folate: 20% of the RDA. Vitamin C: 17% of the RDA. Potassium: 14% of the RDA. Vitamin B5: 14% of the RDA. Vitamin B6: 13% of the RDA. Vitamin E: 10% of the RDA. Then it contains small amounts of Magnesium, Manganese, Copper, Iron, Zinc, Phosphorous, Vitamin A, B1 (Thiamine), B2 (Riboflavin) and B3 (Niacin). This is coming with 160 calories, 2 grams of protein and 15 grams of healthy fats. Although it contains 9 grams of carbs, 7 of those are fiber so there are only 2 "net" carbs, making this a low-carb friendly plant food. #healthyfood #healthylifestyle #healthybreakfast #healthyeating #health #healthy #avocado #superfoods www.j4g.life

Manchego is a specific variety of Spanish cheese that is made from sheep’s milk. In the La Mancha region of Spain, cheese makers use grass molds to imprint a zigzag pattern on finished Manchego cheese. Other varieties of sheep’s milk cheese are known as “Manchego inspired” or “Manchego style” but are produced outside of the La Mancha region. #healthyfood #healthylifestyle #healthyeating #healthybreakfast #healthy #health #mediterraneandiet #mediterraneanfood #mediterranean www.j4g.life

It is a scientifically proven fact that our food choices affect our heath. The old saying, we are what we eat, is true. Every cell in our body was created from the food we eat, the water we drink and the air we breathe. In addition to nourishing our bodies, food also affects the quality of our lives, our appearance, moods, weight, energy, the aging process and our overall health and well-being.I truly believe that most of the chronic diseases plaguing North Americans today can be drastically reduced with better nutrition and lifestyle changes. But so much of what we are eating today is actually taking away from our heath. It is devoid of nutrients and filled with empty calories. We are walking around overweight, bloated, and inflamed, but we are actually starving for nutrients. For me the best way to fill ourselves up and stay healthy is with nutient-dense.
They provide all the vitamins, minerals, fiber, antioxidants and phytochemicals we need to combat most diseases at the same time create balance and optimum health.
