I want to start by saying I never intended to be gone for so long. As days went by, it just got harder and harder to come back. I've been in a dark place mentally, and I had such a hard time staying afloat while everything seemed to rip apart at the seams.

That said, I'm incredibly happy to see that all of you have been sending me lovely messages, asks, and just stayed here on this blog with me and waited patiently for me to be back.

I lost my gramps last week. And early this morning my uncle died of covid. He was only 38, he was very healthy prior to getting covid. He has left behind two kids and it's heartbreaking that my aunt lost both her dad (not my grandpa) and husband all in the span of one week.

That's three people we lost in our extended family in just 10 days. Why is life so shitty rn? We couldn't even have funerals or proper burials for them because of the government restrictions. Everything sucks.
