the only thing thats changed since davos last saw him is that renly died. making the shadow assassin to kill renly cost him actual life force plus he doesnt sleep well anymore. to kill renly stannis had to kill a part of himself. of course.

yes true. robert was SO ready to believe he just forgot about it. also renly was actually only 16 at the time of his death he just faked being 21 so everyone would respect him more
