Another blog, another chapter. We are ending up our life in Tucson blog here and creating a new one for our life on the road. Here we go!

7/6/2023 - We have two days left!! Since it has been between 106° and 109° every day, there are a lot of things that we can't put in the motorhome ahead of time. But I am ready! Today is Thursday. The air conditioning in the motorhome goes on at 5 AM tomorrow morning. Once it has cooled down, we can start loading :-). So tomorrow, Friday, we will start loading up and keep the air conditioning on all day Saturday and we leave Saturday night at 7 PM.  Saturday will be all about cleaning the house and getting ready for it to start showing once we leave.

Happy 4th of July! Around here, it's just another day of packing, cleaning and work, work, work! I check the weather every morning and hope we'll get a break soon but it looks like it's going to continue indefinitely after we leave on Saturday for Portland. Yuck!

7/4/2023 - The dogs have been waking up at 5:00 am every morning for awhile now. I was able to see the full moon setting this morning. It was beautiful!

6/27/2023 - And just like that ... I'm back home! Can't say I'm really happy about that!

Taylor flys so much for work that he has lots of privileges. We are hanging out in the Alaska lounge for a coffee and a bagel before our EARLY flights back to our respective homes. Such a great trip!

6/27/2023 - Last night was SO much fun!

6/26/2023 - Well, there was not enough going on🤪so I'm in San Francisco! Taylor called me about a month ago and invited me to come for the night and both attend the meeting where he got sober. We both have sober birthdays in June. Taylor was 6 years and I was 33 years sober.

I flew from Tucson and Taylor from Portland this morning and we'll go to the meeting tonight and celebrate our sobriety tonight and head back to our respective homes tomorrow at 6:00 am! So much fun 🙂

We have a really cute BnB for the night.

6/17/2023 - We are babysitting, Jessica's dog, Olive, tonight. She is so cute. She has been around our dogs since she was a baby, so she is quite at home here once she gets of her, the grief of her mother leaving. ❤️

6/16/2023 - I took these photos last night, this house is really amazing. I will definitely miss it, but won't miss the work, money that it requires to keep it going, and will enjoy our new freedom.

The backyard looks good and the front hasn't looked this good since we've been here!
