i normally stick to my priv account on twitter but the amount of unashamed non victim blaming taking place over there has lured me back to my main... and so much of it being from big accounts in the be on cloud fandom too?? sick to my stomach with the blame being put on one of the most vulnerable and most "cleverly" groomed examples of a teenager i've seen in recent years.

(i hope my use of "cleverly" here is clear but if not let me know and i'll happily clarify it)

DFF Ep.5 Thoughts

I've heard some theories here and there that those who see the Killer have some guilty conscience about Non, which I think is interesting. I'm not at all sure, but the only time I can recall (off the top of my head) Jin seeing the Killer is when Top was under the mask and hunting him and Phee, instead of his presence being an apparition or hallucination of sorts. Rather than "Non", Jin sees Mr Keng.

After scrolling for a bit and confirming that other people also found Mr Keng's behaviour towards Non a bit unsettling/suspicious, I wonder if Jin saw Mr Keng because he has a guilty conscience about him instead? Maybe Keng does groom and harm Non in one way or another, Jin finds out, and kills him. I think that would maybe explain why Keng's ghost is glaring at Jin and appears angry with him, while Phee can't see him at all. Perhaps Jin can bare with the behaviour of his friends, but genuinely couldn't stand the thought of someone harming Non in such a way and getting away with it.

This is just a thought though, and doesn't explain why White also saw "Non" while he was in the bathroom and feeling "his" presence when he was with Tee on the deck, since he and several of the others supposedly never met Non (others who I also can't recall off the top of my head ever seeing "Non"). In a similar vein, though, does anyone have any theories about the sores on White's shoulder? They disappeared when we weren't "with" him anymore, i.e. when the camera panned out and we looked in on him rather than being "with" him in the bathroom -- hallucination or just a continuity error?
