Day 4: Thursday January 3, 2013
God truly wants to be involved in your life, he has a great plan for every single one of us, why? Because he created you, He brought you into this world for a reason...who cares what happened in your past or what your current state is in, or if you feel worthless or not deserving of anything God can change your life if you allow him in it He wants you to come to him out of desire rather than coming to him out of an obligation. We have entered a New Year if you are longing for a change in your life why don't you start with putting God as your top priority allow him to miraculously change your life for the better...what do you got to lose?
Here is a prayer: Dear God I longed to know you more this new year...(or for those who do not know who your are), I want to understand who are and what you mean to me in my life...I want to feel your presence moving in my life. I want a change in my life, forgive me of my past...give me a fresh new start and outlook on life, Amen. (Just talk to God as if you were talking to your closes friend, keep it honest and real...God hears you...and Believe)
Its that simple prayer that will get God working miraculously in your life...once you understand and REALLY see God for who He REALLY is you would want to seek him even more...period.
"And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to Him must believe that He exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him." -Hebrews 11:6

November 12, 2012 Risking life for the sake of Christ
VERSE: "Hold such men in esteem; because for the work for the Christ he came close to death." -Philippians 2:29-30
READING: Philippians 2:25-30
SUMMARY AND INSIGHT: There are thousands of missionaries and pastors all over the world sharing the word of God risking their lives in regions sharing, where people are persecuted for having such faith. We should take the time to pray for those who are out there overseas representing and building the kingdom of Heaven. I pray that the Lord will give them strength and courage to go on with this honoring duty Amen.
Courage is not having strength to go on—it is going on when you don’t have the strength.

October 27, 2012 Trust in God
VERSE: "Cursed is the man who trusts in man and makes flesh his strength, whose heart departs from the Lord." -Jeremiah 17:5
READING: Jeremiah 17:5-10
SUMMARY AND INSIGHT: In the reading two kinds of people are contrasted. People who put their trust in God and people who put their trust in mankind. Those who put their trust in the Lord will always be fruitful and receive strength of no other when troubles arises in their life. Those who put their trust in people and things will end up disappointed and unfruitful, when trouble arises in their life they will become impoverished and spiritually weak. There will be no strength to draw on. It's the truth, if we take in consideration and think of someone or our self of the time we depended our life on money, possibly drugs, electronic gadgets that we own. People such as a bf/gf, best friend...and so on. What power and strength do these things brings? Will these things help us in time of trouble? You tell me. If we put God into consideration and take the leap of faith and trust God with our life, body and soul and just let go and forget about our past. I guarantee you, you will not be disappointed. But its our choice, we are given the free will to trust in God or trust in other things. In conclusion, the best investment you can make is putting your trust in Christ.
Those who put their trust in God will never be disappointed

August 26, 2012 Jesus is for everyone
VERSE: "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." -John 3:16
READING: Romans 5: 1-8
SUMMARY AND INSIGHT: So as you read Romans you will understand the hope and peace that is found through the death of Jesus Christ. The reason why Christ died like He did was to bridge the gap that was between us and God and to wash and erase our sins . Our sins has separated us from God leaving us weak and helpless. Someone had to rescue us from our sinful nature. Thank God he sent his Son, Jesus Christ to suffer for our sins in our place even though we deserve the punishment. God loved us so much that he had to have someone else to live a sinless life and to die in our place as a sacrifice for our sins. There is peace to know that whatever sins that we may have done several times in the past has been washed and erased. We are reconciled with God and made right in God's eyes. We are saved and now we are given eternal life. And we are given hope to know that God has a plan for our future and that we can have the opportunity to go to heaven. We all have sinned and fall short of God's glory. That is why Christ died, He did not die for the righteous, He die for the unrighteous the sinners, all of us who have done a bad thing or another, that helps you understand my title that Jesus is for everyone. God gave us the free gift of salvation are you willing to take it?
If you have any questions message me on [email protected] or you can ask me on my ask box here on tumblr, just remember to check my blog if I have answered your question! Other than that have a blessed day.

August 17, 2012 Be an example
VERSE: "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven" -Matthew 5:16
READING: Matthew 5:13-16
Let your light shine-whether you're a candle in a corner or a lighthouse on a hill
SUMMARY AND INSIGHT: As Christian they are people out there who are yearning to know the truth, wanting to understand the God that we Christian serve. Sometimes it is not everything that we say that change them and bring them closer to Christ. It is the way we carry ourselves, respond to certain situation and act that speak louder than what we say. Sometimes we Christian forget ourselves when we are around people and it may confuse a person who is weak in faith or does not know God at all. And it makes us look like a huge hypocrite and puts a bad reputation on God. That is why we need to be very cautious on the way we portray and behave ourselves when we are out and about cause you do not know who will be there watching. The way we dress, speak, behave and handle situation has to be in a godly manner that represents Christ. We are the light and salt of the world and we need to make sure we are to glorify God everyday by the way we live. Make the father's name and reputation a concern.
Here is a prayer to help you out derived from Our Daily Bread: Show me the way, Lord, let my light shine as an example of good to mankind. Help them to see the patterns of Thee, Shining in beauty, lived out in me. Amen -Newer

August 13, 2012 Reconciled with the Most High
VERSE: "Having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have access by faith." -Romans 5:1-2
The Bible is a record of man's complete ruin in son and God's complete remedy in Christ. -Barnhouse
READING: Ephesians 2:14-18
SUMMARY AND INSIGHT: So you know in the reading of Ephesians you understand that what Christ has done on the Cross it what reconciled us back to God. Because of Adam and Eve rebellion in the garden, generation after generation that rebellion has been passed on and that rebellion is still going on today. There is no excuse now because God brought his son on the earth to live a sinless life so that we can avoid the wrath of God to break the bondage of sin so that we can be free and live pure and holy lives. The cross reconciled Jews and gentiles (non-Jews) female and male and so on and we are made one with Christ.

August 6th, 2012 Always
VERSE: We shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words. -1 Thessalonians 4:17-18
Confidence in God's presence is our comfort
READING: 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18
SUMMARY AND INSIGHT: When we are facing trouble and issues in life in the reality that we live in we should find comfort in the scripture that is mentioned up above, "We shall ALWAYS be with the Lord," and especially this scripture "...I will NEVER leave you nor forsake" Hebrew 13:5. The words ALWAYS and NEVER is something we always want to hear in the life that we live in, but we can only find it in the presence of God from the promises of God who will NEVER fail us. Here are some other promises that God keeps for us, find comfort in these words
For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. (Jeremiah 29:11)
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Matthew 11: 28-29
You can find all of God's promises here on this website http://www.whatchristianswanttoknow.com/the-promises-of-god-10-powerful-bible-verses-1/
