Just wanted to say that your art is freaking awesome and cartoony omg.

do you have any advice for having such a silly and dynamic/fluid artstyle? Perfectionism is holding me back a bit and all of my poses and art overall look very stiff :,)

ANALYSIS and GEOMETRY

the ability to draw in a dynamic fluid art style feels like freedom, like that one leitmotif from DELTARUNE. and once you get it, drawing process starts to feel completely different!!!

it's a difficult path. there are times when once you actually did a great piece, and the next day you can't reach the same result you did yesterday and it feels frustrating... but it's all always temporary!

the thing you have to engrave on your brain is - always think about what you're doing and why. always analyze your drawing and zoom out. check if it looks good as a silhouette, think if it's interesting to look at. try to simplify your sketch, collect several lines into one. try to split one line in several shapes but only in places where you feel it's needed. focus on face and hand - everything else is secondary (but this advice does not apply in all cases, it's difficult to explain,,, just take a closer look at the second image one more time and I hope, you'll get what I mean). what else.. that's pretty much it I guess
