Proper gym etiquette: I understand you are proud of your gains and want the world to see what you have accomplished. Trust me. I'm proud of you as well. However, don't ever take 5-10min between your sets and think that the room will stop and be patient. I will always be there to be a coach for whoever is willing to listen for those with bad form, and those who have hit plateaus. . . Always remember to be mindful of others, clean the surfaces you utilize, place the equipment back in its proper home, encourage others, and don't ever be too proud to ask for a spot. . Most importantly don't grab a weight you can't control while interfering with someone else workout. Lol ( but seriously though) . P.S...
