When You See Me by Lisa Gardner - Review
5/5 Stars
I honestly love this series. Each book just gets more and more amazing.
In this book, D.D. is joined by past characters to help solve the mystery surrounding a body that is discovered in the mountains.
We're also reunited with Flora, a past character who has honestly grown on me. Flora tags along with D.D. to the mountains and finds way more than she expected to.
This book is written extremely well and the plot just pulls you in. During the last 70 pages or so, I honestly couldn't read fast enough. I had to know what happened next.
This book could be read just fine as a standalone due to all the background information but I definitely recommend reading the whole D.D. Warren series if you haven't. You won't regret it!
Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for a copy in exchange for a review.

Hello book lovers,
Please remember that it doesn’t matter how many books you read a day/week/month/year. You love reading, but you also have a life and obligations, whether it’s school, a job, family, kids, pets, mental or physical health or simply life. Don’t punish yourself for prioritizing other things. Book will always be there for you when you need them. Also, it doesn’t matter how little or how much you read. If you love books and reading, you are a book lover. No guilt, no shame, no snobbery.
A fellow book lover.

I had a terrible day yesterday but today is definitely much better. I had requested the new book by Lisa Gardner (When You See Me) last week on Netgalley and my request was declined. I got an email from the publisher this morning inviting me to read it in exchange for a review. I'm so excited! 😁

I know a lot of people don't like to do challenges when it comes to their reading. Some of us do though. I challenged myself to read 100 hours in the last month. Yes, I work full time still managed it. Less TV helped 😂 I mostly did this to see if I could do it.

Every February I make a trip to Half Price Books for my birthday. I had to postpone it a few weeks this year due to snow. Finally went today and these were the books I got. 😊
