jay and uma are definitely estranged as of late, but jay misses her a lot. he also feels really shitty about it, but it’s not for leaving as much for the fact that he hadn’t thought about anyone else than him, carlos, mal, and evie. and every time he’s walking by uma and he doesn’t say anything, or can only give a little half wave, it reminds him that for someone who left his home to not be a villain, what he did to her and harry and gil and the rest of the crew, abandoning them, was pretty damn villainous.

jay always admired uma for how ambitious she was --- on his dad the trait was loathsome, but it fit uma more than anyone else. he’d love listening to her talk about what she’d do if she ever got off the isle, and how she’d help everyone. there’d often be a smile on his face during it, and they’d laugh about all the prissy princesses and spoiled princes, and what they’d do to ‘em if they ever got free.

it’s not a secret that out of the parents of the rotten four, cruella was definitely the worst of the bunch, and jay vows never to forget it — while he couldn’t do much about it ( because what if cruella got mad at carlos afterwards if he did something real bad ), jay definitely started feeling worse about it the more he got to know carlos — not pity, not quite, but more anger about it. and just, for someone who was still really self centered at the time, carlos was definitely one of the first people jay cared about, would defend, stuff like that. and while he knows carlos has grown a lOT since then, and he’s really happy about it, jay still needs to get back at cruella.

at the end of the day, when all the lights are turned off and stuff, jay definitely needs to chat with carlos for a minute or two — simple stuff, yeah, like how was your day, looking forward to the game, did you finish your homework and stuff, but he feels weird without doing it.

     jay was watching an episode of south park on the tv --- he was enjoying it fine enough until a certain part happened, and he tilted his head in confusion. thinking about it, he decided to turn it off. “was it just me, or was that in poor taste ??”
