I made these fanpoints a good few months ago and only now decided to talk about them.
Har and Arte are complete opposites but share a world together (Har is very pessimistic and hate filled, whereas Arte is optimistic and bursting with love). Their names are based off a messed up spelling of heart. Har is more cruel towards outsiders and much prefers to keep to himself, so Arte pretty much makes sure Har doesn’t rip anyone’s head off if someone visits them.
