Idk what to tag this as but could be angst???

Ever since Freddy could read he's had a little narrator in his head, a little voice that describes his actions as if he were a character in a book. Nothing out of the ordinary, he assumes, of course considering any voice in your head you can control must be your own consciousness. Except control isn't exactly the right word-

correct, maybe.

When Freddy doesn't like the way narrator describes his haircut he corrects it.

But Narrator is his conscience of course (at least Narrator isn't Mr. Mind). And there is nothing abnormal about Freddy at all.

But Narrator is misleading sometimes really, tends to go off script at the worst times-and narrator isn't real, he reminds himself.

Because sometimes what narrator says is more real than real life. Narrator isn't real.

Freddy is not any of the things Narrator says sometimes- like when Narrator tells all these wonderful stories about a life he's never lived, the life of an actor or a candymaker

Things he doesn't even think about.

But life is great when he lives those stories, truly it's like it really is his life and he's so happy in another world where everything is perfect.

Freddy does like his life.

Sometimes Narrator is too real and Freddy hates it. really hates it.

And he hates the way he can't control when it happens.

So many characters in DC have black hair and blue eyes the only reason I give Freddy brown hair and brown eyes is because I didn't want him to look exactly the same as literally every other character like there is NO reason he and Billy need to be twinning when they aren't the twins 🙏

(also blond Freddy is cursed and I will never accept it as canon)

dc fans will see this and say "omg i don't know who's cuter 😍"

I think when Billy sees the modern age he would be the type to watch those nostalgia videos for his time period and go "Hm yeah I remember those uranium kids toys... I wonder why they got rid of those," even though that was like. Yesterday for him and there's most definitely still some in Fawcett

My first thought reading this is what vers of Spidey were talking about because boy I have ideas- first off he definitely gets there via magic and depending on what your favorite flavor of Marvel is I can totally imagine their first meetings perhaps related to their jobs 👀...

Everybody loves Captain Marvel!

Peter didn't know how he ended here, he was only defending a lady from a mugger when a portal appeared below the ground he stood. Now he wakes up to see himself in a strange city, it looks like nothing has changed since the 1950s! Almost like a time capsule.

He shook his head trying to figure out what in the baloneys happened. Raising up from his current position on the ground, he groaned as he stretched his limbs. But his eye immediately catched a bill board infront of him. "Welcome to Fawcett city!" There was, plastered all around it. With the image behind it resembling that of a comic book hero. Perfect face, perfect body, glowing white cape, and a red superhero suit with a lightning symbol infront, having a warm cheerful and welcoming smile stuck on to his face like it's not coming off. The Perfect Hero.

(Part 1, should I make this as a fanfic or continue it as just a series of posts?)
