the fun thing about being an artist who works at home is that you make these things that Have To Be Made as spoken by The Voice and The Eyes and you don't care too much about what you're going to do with them once they are made, only that they must be made, and so you end up with a life-size 2D paper doll copy of some of your internal organs that you have to balance on top of your book shelves for the foreseeable future

I've been drawing with ink without pencil drawings first, without planning too much. I'm trying to get back to something I lost when I got older and I don't know what it is.
This is a robot from an intersection outside my house. Someone gets into an accident there at least once a month. I heard this one at 2 am. I usually get up to see if I can help but I knew there wouldn't be anything I could do.
