Ok so sometimes I make visual guides for my own dwarven related HCs. Basically I’m trying to think up different ways that dwarves might differ from humans that clearly show that they are in fact a different species. This is one of my ideas relating to dwarven eyes and how they might make dwarves look uncanny to humans. Thought I might post it even though that means a double post for today.

It’s not uncommon to see Soldier calling them cutesy names like sweetheart or pumpkin

Will not hesitate to scream their pronouns at anybody who tries to talk to them and will go ape on anybody who disrespects them

Pyro-

JESUS HOW COULD SOMEONE BE SO FUCKING CUTE!! LOOK AT THEM!! AREN’T THEY JUST THE CUTEST!!??!

Pyro is never seen without their s/o. They’re always clinging to them and mumbling about how cute and precious they are

Why would you disrespect their s/o in front of them? Do you want to be axed to death? Cuz that’s how you get axed to death

Demo-

He’s gonna lift them up onto his shoulders and run around the base, screaming about how he’s caught himself a cute little beastie

Demo can sometimes be seen drunkenly crying and gushing about how happy he is to have his precious s/o in his life

 I’m sorry but you’re getting a sticky bomb right to the face if you say or do anything insulting towards his lover

Heavy-

He almost starts crying when he realizes that he has such a adorable little s/o. He will crush anyone who doesn’t think they are cute in the slightest

He gets a little red in the cheeks and smiles a little dreamily every time he looks at his sweet lover

Engineer-

Did he mention he has the cutest lover around? He did! Well, he guesses he has to tell you all about his cutie pie all over again!

Smiles so brightly and boyishly whenever he catches sight of them. He can’t believe how lucky he is to have them!

His smile all but disappears if you insult his s/o. You might want to apologize or else you’ll be looking down the barrel of a shotgun

Medic-

Look at them. Aren’t they adorable! Why aren’t you looking? Look at them longer! Look at how cute they are, you idiot!!

The crazed doctor doesn’t look so scary anymore when he practically has heart eyes when looking at his precious s/o

How many times does he have to teach you this lesson!? Disrespect them again and you’re losing your skeleton next

Sniper-

Don’t look at his little roo! They’re for his eyes only! Nobody else can admire their cuteness but him!!

Gets red all over and can barely look at them without feeling like his heart is about to burst out of his chest

Congratulations, you disrespected an adorable person and now you got a feral bushman chasing after you. I hope you’re happy

Spy-

Of course he would have such a cute lover! He expects nothing but short of perfection and they’re more than just perfect. They’re beautiful 

He becomes even more sappy and romantic than usual. Will always kiss their hand and whisper sweet French nothings in their ear

He has a knife and you chose to disrespect his adorable s/o? Were you trying to get stabbed to death??

Miss Pauling-

Oh god her heart is so full of love!! Why must they be so cute?!? She just wants to hold them and love them forever!!

Giggles and blushes whenever she sees them. How could she not? They’re just so cute! Will lavish them in kisses and hugs

She knows how to dispose a body. She’ll make sure there’s nothing left of you after you’ve just insulted her precious s/o
