For those of you who don't know- Dream catchers are specifically an Anishnaabe practice. A mother needs to weave the dream catchers for her children. There is a special process for cleaning the dream catchers and they must be hung and displayed in specific places. Dream catches are made to collect negative energy and protect children. If they're not hung correctly or cleaned correctly, they become a catchall for bad shit.
