when the revisiting old media i used to watch (mostly just gore) makes u dissociate so hard to the point where i look back up at the screen and see an old hyperfixation of mine looking back at me like:

when it was reall bad back then, i used to watch gore everyday, and then when it was really bothering me to the point where everyday id dissociate and just think about every gore vid i watched and or think abt killing myself, i decided to watched the uhh fucking hypnosis vids on yt to make you forget about something specific,

but that didnt rlly help, and i went back to watching gore vids until i got bored of them

long story short, gore is boring,its just death, and blood, and organs and stuff,,

im gonna be weird before i decide to be normal again
