Steve au!

I've had this au in my mind for a while after reading some really great fics of steve stuck in the upsidedown.

Basically the premise of this au is that he gets stuck in the upsidedown before will does and they manage to find eachother eventually. Near the end where they get saved by Joyce and hopper, steve takes a hit meant for will and ends up with a slash across his face, he's rushed to the hospital and given medical treatment.

There are some plot holes and such, but interpret this however you like!
