#Rankencloud is still around for 2020. I have been looking for a replacement cloud but nothing comes close to the beauty of the original. Yesterday was a great day for photographing #clouds. Mike and I jumped into the car and travelled about 5 kms to the edge of Twizel #cloudspotting. The small hill obviously makes that shot more special. Shwe Yaunghwe Kyaung monastery. The oval windows make it such a special place to photograph. The novice monks go about their days ignoring the distractions around them as they study for their exams. Our small group of eight were here alone with them for 20 minutes or so. Studying them. Watching and waiting for the that special gesture or movement. Bagan at sunrise. People are no longer permitted to climb the monuments in Bagan to protect them from the wear and tear from tourists. We met this boy on last years Photo Tour of Myanmar. He lives in Bagan. Last year he was selling hand made post cards. This year he was selling the full Monty, colour postcards showing all the major photo hot spots around Myanmar. I recognised him and said “hellop” as this was his greeting last year.
