a poltergeist identified in eugene's local library

A ghost has been found in the local library, Eugene Athenauem. As far as FOSSOR CORP. has been able to identify, it is a poltergeist, as it has been attempting to harm library visitors and is currently acting out on impulse. It shows a dislike for other supernatural creatures, and appear to mostly let humans pass by, unless they try to get the book A Complete History of Eugene by L. Chrysantemum out of the shelves.

Any FOSSOR CORP. employee without a current mission is ordered to pay a visit to the library to help deal with the issue. The ones with experience dealing with poltergeist activity are ordered to step away from whatever mission they might have been assigned to focus on the current issue.

Since the best way to deal with poltergeists is by luring them with items that have great emotional value to their previous life, anyone who can bring information on the poltergeist's true identity to FOSSOR CORP. will be handsomely compensated.

Given that the creature is presenting signs of agression and hatred, it's advised that everyone stay from the library until further notice.

One very extroverted, charismatic; the other, logical and calculated. They terrorized the US in the 40s as a couple of bank robbers. At their height, they were Bonnie and Clyde. Dangerously in love, until their reigns were cut short by an untimely death. Could they find each other again? (based off Adicted to You - Avicii)

Some important announcements concerning the mechanics of this rpg:

I was toying with ideas of how the NPCs were going to work here, since they’re kind of important to the overall pace of the plots I have planned. The thing is I don’t want to base the mechanics around just plot drop and prompts. I’ve decided to have NPCs that you can interact with as if they were just normal players for limited amounts of time. More information on this soon!

I’m already basing some stuff around Hotel Del Luna type characters, so I’m going to officially pull some inspo from it in the future. What do I mean by this? We'll find out! 

I’m adding pixies to the list of species, and I’ll bring other creatures too with time. For now, they’re just a thing that will come in the future, along with the other non playable species.
