i havent been on here for a while. i messed up and i've gained so much weight during the past year. i need to go back to how i was, but seeing everyone say that if you restrict too much you end up gaining the weight back gives me so much anxiety. i feel hopeless, i've been working out and restricting so much this week and the scale has stayed the same. that makes me think i have to restrict even more to lose weight which will bring me back to the unhealthy phase of my life, not that me gaining weight was healthy to begin with.

CAULIFLOWER FRIED RICE (104 KCAL)
I made this big plate with fried rice! AND ITS ONLY 104 CALORIES and it’s so easy! just wanted to share it with you all here on tumblr even though it’s nothing fancy and you can probably find a lot of recipes like this one
all you need is:
200g of cauliflower rice (46)
100g of corn, peas and carrots (in total!) (58)
spices - i used salt, pepper, garlic and curry
then you just throw it all in a pan! i’m not really experienced with cooking but I prefer to steam the veggies in the pan for a few minutes before throwing in the cauliflower. hope this helps!

so heres a thing.
I basically ate nothing today. Now my bf wants to eat burger so I think
'Shit we gonna have to order something in a restaurant and this a NOT safe food place and if i get anything from it i'll binge like crazy'
But I also got curious and thought 'lemme research the cals from the things i want to get'
I searched up and then I decided that I dont have to eat the whole burger like shit but i eat only half of it.
And so I can eat a burger without dying. Any food can be a safe food when you know how much you can eat from it without gaining weight.

tips on eating slower - research
( i am the fastest eater probably, i really need to change, it helps you lose weight faster )
- chew 40-60 times before swallowing
- drink a mouthful of water before a new bite
- let go of your utensils after taking a bite
- try to eat with chopsticks
- eat with your non dominant hand
- talk as much as possible
- cut your food into tiny pieces
