Kara turned her head, waving a hand once she realised that he was not actually listening to her, until he spoke up and she smiled. "I was just wondering what you were making, and why in the middle of New York..with a lot of people unbeknownst to Magic.

Magnus sat on the bench in the middle of a park making a potion for a very annoying mermaid who had requested his services. She was an old friend of his and had used that to get him to do a job for her even though he didn’t want to. He was concentrating so hard on making the potion that it took him a seconds to realize he was being spoken to. “I’m sorry, did you say something?”

"Well no, I definitely would not have known that since I don't know what apparating actually is." Kara shrugs and laughs a little.

“Did you know something? They never once said anything about being able to apparate to different countries and I’m utterly disappointed that I didn’t know this sooner. Did you know?”

Sat opposite her pet bunny, Kate decided to use her as a muse for one of her doodles. Creating a comic that was cute yet funny. It was a hobby of hers. Having many ideas for children’s books she hoped to dabble in somewhere in the near future. “There.” Adding quick finishing touches, she held the notebook up. “What do you think?” She asked, hoping she hadn’t disturbed the person nearby. It wasn’t that she needed approval or nice comments, she was just curious as to what they thought.

Looking over at the notebook, Kara smiled as she nodded her head. “I think that it looks really good, I wish I could draw like that, and your bunny is very adorable.”

Eyes widen as Kara’s mouth opens and closes like a fish as she tries to form the words, but nothing seems to come out. “You’re a speedster..but how?” Eyebrows furrow and she blinks. “Wait, but shouldn’t you keep your identity secret?”

She lets out a nervous laugh and looks around. “What? There is really nothing to suggest about me, no er..but yes! I have been around other people with powers, yup.

“What’s wrong with the way that I dress? I like it.” She frowns and looks down. “Apparently the harm was you now insulting me.” She makes a face.

“Who knows? Maybe we will all go back home soon, you would think that the Owner would be bored of us.” Kara laughs.

“Oh, it’s not a problem, are you in need of help with anything else?”

“uh, yeah, it was; one power of many that i have but i’m fine, really. i take it that you not freaking out right now means this is like normal for you.”

“Well, that’s awesome. Normal? Because you have powers or because I-I may have powers? Because I totally don’t, nope.”

“hi,” sam greeted a stranger on the street, “you wouldn’t have seen my brother around, would you? he’s about yay high,” he held up his hand, “has blonde hair, green eyes, usually wearing plaid…”

Turning around at the unfamiliar voice, Kara raised an eyebrow, trying to think of anyone that she had seen with that description, but no such luck. “I’m sorry, I can’t say that I have.”

“That’s what I have been told a lot before. I never said it was. That would be correct. Bummer is an understatement.”
