WEEK 13
This week, we have been reaching out a few HR managers in the city to validate the suggestions given by our adviser. The feedback from these HR managers will provide us with valuable insights and help us fine-tune our approach. Our goal is to create a wireframe that meets the needs of the HR industry and addresses the specific challenges faced by HR managers. By validating our ideas with HR managers, we can ensure that we are on the right track and that our wireframe is both practical and effective. This exercise will help us refine our approach and create a wireframe that is well-suited to the HR industry.

WEEK 10
This week, our focus is to develop a wireframe for our project SEEKers. After completing the wireframe, we presented it to the class for review and feedback. The goal of this activity is to create a solid foundation for the project and ensure that it meets the requirements and expectations of the client, adviser and the class. The wireframe will serve as our blueprint for the rest of the project and will help guide the design and development process. By presenting the wireframe to the class, we hope to receive constructive criticism and suggestions that will improve the final outcome of the project.

WEEK 7
After a week of no presentation, realizations and deliberation, we come to the acceptance stage to officially let go and eliminate BiyaHEY!. From that, we take it as driving force to continue validating SEEKers. Because we really need to be strong when plans don’t go our way. Instead, we have taken those as lessons and experiences to apply to the next challenge that we'll encounter.
Speaking of moving forward, we interviewed HR managers from different companies. As we interviewed them, some were shy, while others were jolly, but most of them were very approachable and proved their expertise to us. We have gathered so much data from their very insightful answers. Those data help us in the validation of SEEKers hypotheses and give us ideas on how we can improve SEEKers services.

WEEK 6
This week, we haven’t presented any progress due to the availability of time for interviews with bus operators. However, we were advised to interview MSME instead. We tried to contact the Donsals but we couldn’t reach them. So, the group decided to eliminate BiyaHEY!. Due to time constraints. During this phase, we finally let go to our most profitable idea. We accepted that things will not always go your way.

WEEK 5
In this week, I made a request letter to interview bus operators on Rural Transit of Mindanao Inc. Bulua Base Westbound Bulua Terminal and Public Market.
After the letter was signed by our instructor, my other groupmates directly proceed to the area to pass the request letter to interview on their head office. While I continued with my scheduled interviews for SEEKeers. Since we were advised last presentation to interview those job seekers who are successfully hired already. Several interesting experiences from their respective journeys were shared during the interview.
After passing the letter, it was signed and received by the staff, who informed us that we needed to wait for confirmation and approval before interviewing bus operators.

WEEK 4
After a week of interviews and deliberation, we have gathered a substantial amount of valuable data that will allow us to validate some hypotheses. Now, we have come to the point where we need to present our updates based on the gathered data from the interviews. Upon the validation of the three ideas, we officially eliminate CalSet. The reasons are stipulated in my previous blog. I would also like to share with you that during our presentation, our moods were uplifted because we had been commended on the way we presented our validation updates.
Following the presentation, we continued to validate our remaining ideas in the hopes of gathering more data. My other two groupmates were still conducting interviews in terminals. While I and Deserie continued to interview target customers of SEEKers. We then realize that by seeking interviewee’s opinion is another way that will serve us our guide to contemplate in validating our ideas. This week has ended with a lot of learnings that will undoubtedly influence our next discussion with our adviser.

WEEK 3
We have no class, so we make use of our time instead. We interviewed a couple of people this week to validate our assumed hypothesis for our formulated ideas.
We conducted our first interview at school, and this are them, although some of them were interviewed online through Facebook Messenger and Google Meet.
So far, the result based on interviews validates the hypotheses of our two ideas which is the SEEKers and BiyaHEY!. While on the other hand, CalSet is invalidated because: (1) It will eliminate study objectives and digestion/understanding of the concept (2) Students will rely on it instead of studying (3) Purpose of school is for learning (4) Impossible to be implemented in school especially during quizzes and exams

WEEK 2
During this week, as a team, we were tasked to research, interview, and think of a problem in society that can be addressed by technology, with profit as a factor to consider. As the leader of the group, I told my groupmates to search for a problem in different sectors. I am to think about Idea 1, Joshua and Janmark about Idea 2, and Deserie about Idea 3. After all of that, we generated each idea and were able to narrow it down to the top three ideas, which are SEEKers, BiyaHEY! , as well as CalSet.
As we are presenting our three ideas, we have been told that my idea is quite similar to that of the start-up Avodah, but I do believe that the project will become unique in its own way because this is the result of my observation and understanding of what is needed. BiyaHEY! on the other hand, is quite interesting, but CalSet is far too difficult to implement. Following the presentation of our ideas, we are advised to interview the target customers, conduct research, and deliberate to determine which idea is the best.

WEEK 1
Hello everyone, I’m Trisha Jane Barranco, a 4th-year Computer Engineering student taking the subject Technopreneurship. And this is the start of my journey as an aspiring technopreneur. First and foremost, we need to form a team of four as a startup researcher, but choosing a team is not as easy as counting, for this team would need to be synchronized and have a nice combination.
That’s why we were advised to take a personality test, which resulted in my being an INFJ, which means I'm a creative nurturer with a strong sense of personal integrity and a drive to help others realize their potential. Creative and dedicated, I have a talent for helping others with original solutions to my personal challenges.
A team must be composed of a hustler, the personal voice of the team; a hipster, who's in charge of the designs of the team; and, lastly, a hacker, who deals with the production of the system. After much deliberation, we were able to form a group with a friend and two from IT, with me playing the hustler and hipster and my friend playing the hacker. After forming the team, we then come up with a team name 4TheGO!
