Aliyah Drake

Born and raised in the sleepy town of Sunset Valley, Aliyah Drake knew she was destined for bigger and better things. She is the only child of Lashontae Drake and Alexander Kim. She is half black and half Korean but she mostly takes after her mother in the looks department.

Growing up, she was always considered the life of the party. She knew that her communication skills were better equipped for the city life than in Sunset Valley so when she became a young adult, she packed up all of her things, kissed her parents goodbye and made her way to San Myshuno!

New Computer/New Gameplay

My old laptop is 10 years old and absolute garbage. Got a new laptop and no longer have access to all of my old saves/generations. Still had some of the families saved in the gallery through.

Still gonna follow Aliyah Drake and her life but will be different and will include quite a bit of CC now. My old couldn’t handle mods and CC so I didn’t have any before.

I didn’t have Maxwell and Alexis’ families saved in the gallery because I wanted to wait until their kids got older...oh well! 

Don’t know if I’ll be saving Sims to the gallery with the CC but we’ll see.

Anyway...I’ll probably start the new generation this weekend.

Drake Legacy | Gen Two

Characters:

Akira Kibo-Montes Jr.

Alicia Conrad

Akira (AJ) and Alicia are the daughters of Aliyah Drake-Kibo and Akira Kibo. Akira Kibo Jr. was the first born (pictured on left) and spent the first few years of her life living with her parents in the Arts Quarter of San Myshuno. During this time her mother was working in public relations and her father was slowly moving his way up in the field of computer programming. AJ was about a week away from becoming a child when Aliyah found out she was pregnant for the second time. It was then that Akira decided that he wanted their kids grow up outside of the city, so they packed up everything and moved to Willow Creek. Soon after the move they welcomed little Alicia Kibo (pictured on right) to the family. This is how their lives began, let’s see what they accomplished.

Both girls were quite different. AJ was an athletic homebody and Alicia was an outgoing musician. When AJ became a young adult she married her boyfriend Enzo Montes and immediately became pregnant with their first child, Camila Montes. Alicia was still a teenager at this time and spent most of her time honing her skills in the violin and the piano. Music was her passion and she wanted more than anything to make it her career. AJ decided to use her athletic skills to become a trainer. She, her husband and toddler eventually packed up and moved out of her mother’s apartment in San Myshuno and into the house she grew up in, in Willow Creek. Time went by and Camila was now a child and Alicia was now a young adult. Alicia was a working musician and dating a cop named Tremaine Conrad but not for long. Tremaine has proposed and been shot down twice by Alicia. She didn’t want to get married because she thought it would hinder her career in music. After the second rejected proposal, Tremaine decided to end the relationship because they clearly weren’t on the same page. While Alicia’s relationship was falling apart, AJ’s family continued to grow. She was pregnant for the second time.

During their separation, Alicia realized how much she missed Tremaine and she fought hard to get him back. She then decided to propose to him and he said yes. All was good, Alica was planning her wedding and AJ had given birth to twin girls, Penelope and Isabella. Alicia and Tremaine had a small intimate wedding and moved into a home by the water in Windenburg. I wasn’t long before Alicia gave birth to their daughter Maxwell. Tremaine had decided after the birth of his daughter that being a cop was no longer a passion of his so he decided to look to the stars. He became an astronaut!

AJ was living a fairy tale life with her amazing husband and their three beautiful daughters but there was something missing for Alicia. Maxwell was now a child and she was pregnant again and she wanted more space. She was also having trouble in her career; she had gone as far as she could go and she wanted more opportunities for growth. After her son, Alexis, was born she and Tremaine decided to move to Newcrest and build a home from the ground up and Alicia switched careers. Superstar actress was the next goal.

Over the years , their children continued to grow and along with their success. Alicia became the superstar actress she longed to be and AJ became the mother she wanted to be. AJ spent her final days in her home in Willow Creek surrounded by her daughter Isabella’s family and Alicia spent hers in Newcrest with Alexis and his wife and children.

The Harpers

Vivienne Amadi-Harper and Daniel Harper

The Harpers are newly-weds living in San Myshuno. Vivienne (Viv) was born and raised in Hidden Springs and is the youngest of three children. She and her siblings are all first generation Nigerian Americans. Academics always came first when she was growing up and she’s always been obsessed with software and computer programming. She’s also a huge nerd when it comes to gaming.

Daniel (Danny) was born and raised in Bridgeport and is the only the child of Morgan Harper. He never met his father and whenever he asked his mom about him all she ever told him was that his dad was Japanese. Danny’s love of food comes from his grandmother. Being a single mother, his mom worked a lot which meant he spent a large chunk of his childhood with his grandmother. His spent most of his time in the kitchen learning everything they could from her.

Viv and Danny met during orientation their freshman year at university...they’ve inseparable ever since! Now that they’re married, they have decided to start their lives together in San Myshuno. Will they start a family? Maybe one day, right now they’re focused on being newly-weds and building their careers.

Sims Gen One:

Aliyah Drake

The Beginning/Gen One

This game begins with the character Aliyah Drake! She doesn’t have any specific career goals but her main goal in life is to just have fun and to fall in love as many times as possible. She started off in a one bedroom apartment in the Spice Market of San Myshuno. There she began a career in social media while also doing photography on the side. She had plenty of good times in that apartment and met some great Sims. While she worked her way up the social media food chain she often worked from home and spent most of her time going to clubs and dining out, her favorite restaurant being Chez Llama (not that she could afford it). It was in the Spice Market that she met the man that eventually became her husband but I’ll get to that later. While clubbing out at The Narwhal Arms, she met and soon became friends with the  members of Partihaus. Eventually, they invited her to join the club. Everything was going great, she was successful in her career, had great friends, and plenty of romantic options.

Akira started off as a friend with benefits but they eventually decided that they would just be friends. Soon after, she began a short lived relationship with Myra Datta. After learning more about Myra, Aliyah decided her traits weren’t those of someone she wanted to be with. Soon after that she met and had whirlwind affair with Candy Behr; it didn’t take long for them to get engaged. At the time Aliyah thought that marriage was what she wanted but she was still in the early stages of being a young adult and realized that marriage wasn’t right for in that moment. Unfortunately, their relationship didn’t end on good terms. In between relationships, Aliyah would often hook-up with friend and club mate Paolo Rocca. Things never went any further than that with him. Next, Aliyah dated Akira’s roommate, Miko Ojo. Their relationship wasn’t anything special. They didn’t last but decided to remain friendly. Aliyah’s relationship with Diya was shorter than her relationship with Miko. The relationship didn’t end badly but they stay friends either. Aliyah’s last big relationship before Akira was her engagement to Don Lothario. At this point, her and Akira were roommates and he was also engaged to (insert name here). This relationship was doomed from the start, he was afraid of commitment and she was living with someone she still had feelings for. Eventually, their relationship fell apart when she discovered that she was pregnant with Akira’s child. Somehow, their friendship survived and that was how her and Akira’s relationship began.

Once their daughter, Akira Kibo Jr. or AJ, was born they decided it was best to stay in their apartment in the Arts Quarter. Aliyah was quite successful in her career in social media and Akira was slowly moving his way up in the ranks of computer programming. It wasn’t long after AJ’s birth that they decided to get married and she became Aliyah Drake-Kibo. They eventually moved into a home in Willow Creek and soon after they had their second child, Alicia Kibo. Aliyah was now a mother of two living in boring Willow Creek and working her boring job in public relations. She needed a change so she quit her job and started a career in the culinary arts. When AJ became a teenager, Aliyah and Akira’s marriage took a turn for the worst. She could no longer deal with his jealousy and she decided to file for divorce. She then packed up her girls and moved back to San Myshuno.

Back in the city, Aliyah decides to further her culinary ambitions by opening her restaurant, Liyah’s Place, in the loft in the Arts Quarter. By the time she started to make a real profit from her restaurant her eldest had become a young adult and had become engaged to her boyfriend Enzo Montes. It was at AJ’s wedding that Aliyah and Akira started speaking again. It wasn’t long before sparks flew again and they remarried spontaneously at the Romance Festival.  Life went on and Aliyah continued to build her fortune by opening a bakery, Liyah’s Sweets, in Windenburg. She also went on to write a series of cookbooks, Liyah’s Creations.

By the time she came to the end of her life she had two daughters, two son in laws, five grandchildren, two successful businesses, had written six books, and had the same six friends she had since she was a young adult. Unfortunately Akira passed away before her so instead of spending her final days alone in her apartment, she moved into her daughter Alicia’s beautiful home in Newcrest. She spent her final days do what she loved most, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
