Ko-Fi Shop update+New Demon slayer Merch

I’m happy to announce that I finally updated my ko-fi with all the latest merch I have been working on! Ranging from a new Tengen Uzui donut as a charm and pins that pin, and of course Haganezuka and Inosuke joins the fray, all sorts of new stickers and prints are now also available!

Apologies for the silence, finished another con this past weekend and now have a two month break till the next one! In the meantime, highlight of the weekend was got to meet the vas for Akaza and Giyuu, both were so sweet in person and got my prints signed too!

And as for WIPS, working on the Tsugikuni twins, hope to have these two done by May or June!

And last but not least, keep an eye out, will be updating my shop with new demon slayer merch and more, including a new enamel pin I designed for Star Wars, and the new charm of donut Tengen, if anyone wants to get any before the shop update dm me or comment! Since Muzan's Defeat, I recall that Shinjuro and Hatomi are married. What exactly would their marriage life be like?

Thank you so much for the ask, this def inspired me to write more things I haven’t personally covered so here are just some that I organized!

The Married life headcanons

. Got married a couple months after muzans defeat. It was a small affair, Hatomi had insisted on such and preferred it to be an event for friends to meet up where it just so happened to be celebrating a union.

. Married life was relatively peaceful though there were some changes that needed getting used to. For both Hatomi and Shinjuro, sharing a room after a decade of being widows had its interesting scenarios. Waking up in the morning and turning over to see a face after always sleeping alone was one such hurdle. At first it was unfamiliar and awkward, but the more they shared the room they began acclimating to each others habits. And with time, the awkwardness of being close began to diminish.

. Everyday was always something new to learn about one another, and it was everyday Senjuro got to see a side of his father only Kyojuro knew about before Ruka’s passing. it gave Senjuro a sense of peace seeing his father find his happiness in a woman he looks up to with deep respect, and to see Hatomi finally let her guard down and relax was a sight Senjuro never thought he would see.

. Shinjuro is kind of a sprawler and moves a lot in his sleep. Where as Hatomi is a heavy sleeper, sleeps like the dead and overheats easily. The occasions he has woken her from her dead sleep from his movement has caused some frustration but nothing to the point of major contentions. It was just something they both worked to find solutions for

. Shinjuro never really used to care much about his state of dress, especially right after Ruka’s passing. When Hatomi came into the fold, the times he would come out of his room half naked and uncaring appalled her. That or in a drunken haze after missions start taking his bloody clothes off without fully noticing she was there picking up after him and seeing more than she should have. She would keep face for the fact that it was his house, he dressed as he pleased…but he made it difficult throughout those years. Throughout that times span he gradually regained some sense of propriety as even he started to realize that wasn’t proper to be unkempt around her, and her reactions certainly influenced his awareness of the problem. It was as if the more aware he was of her staring, the more self conscious he got. And when they got married….call him bashful but the first night they shared the room

Hatomi: Are you serious? I have seen you near naked multiple times, and you’re just now saying it’s a problem?

Shinjuro: Yeah well this time I’m sober. Jokes aside, I’m self conscious when aware of it thank you very much.

Hatomi, after a moment of deadpan silence, a smirk grow on her face. : “….So you’re shy?”

Shinjuro: 😳😒 Not gonna dignify that with a response.

. Bedroom habits include brushing each other’s hair. Hatomi started it first, remembering how unkempt his hair used to be, she often ran her fingers through it, getting him warmed up to letting her brush it which he resisted at first…but not for long. It even got to a point that he started to return the gesture.

. Biggest challenge in Shinjuro’s book was to get Hatomi to relax more and let him do things around the house. And by relax he means she sits down and does something that wasn’t related to cleaning. In that regard, Hatomi is very stubborn in cleaning as if it was her job, so used to picking up the slack when he was not as present it became second nature to her. He knows that, and blames himself for making her feel like she always had to do everything…but that was the problem it wasn’t her job and Shinjuro with Senjuros help was dead set on getting her to stop and let him take over. The times he had to near drag her from any task and or cleaning material is ridiculous, and the indignant look she’d give him for doing this would be funny were it not directed at him. He has conceded some instances, as he must admit that she is way more stubborn than he is.

. Hatomi and Shinjuro did travel a couple times, but EVERYTIME they did without Senjuro left an absence both noticed, and while you would assume Hatomi is the first to miss him (she does she just hides it better), Shinjuro is the first to crack and feel dad guilt over Senjuro not being there to enjoy new things with them too, considering he feels responsible for depriving Senjuro of good memories for most of his childhood. The last time they travelled alone together was the honeymoon, and after they discussed it they both planned future trips to take Senjuro with them to make up for it.

. There would be times they got into small arguments, most times Hatomi wants to talk things out but Shinjuro would shut down and not want to hear it. Quick to be short and leave if things get too heated. In a way it was him wanting to leave before saying something out of line, he slipped few times but he made those mistakes before and refused to go back to his old ways. Him getting some space was a way to cool his head and protect her from anything he might say harshly. Though if he did end up saying something rude, Hatomi had two reactions to it depending on what he says. She was usually patient and did not take much of his heated words to heart, letting out a sigh and quick to calm the situation by reasoning and voicing her worries about him to placate him. But if he says anything rude in regard to Senjuro or insulting what she has done for the home, let’s just say Hatomi is the epitome of petty when she feels Senjuro has been treated unfairly in anyway. She is still protective after all these years, and the slightest raise of voice towards the soft spoken boy brings out a quiet fury in her, which leads to the thing Shinjuro hates the most….the silent treatment. She still holds him accountable and gently reminds him of his promise to change, And Hatomi plays the long game. This only happened two times when they were married, before that it was more since he was still recovering from the alcohol withdrawal and those months were rough.

. Hatomi mostly did the cooking, sometimes Senjuro would cook for them as his sweet potato roasts were always welcome, but Shinjuro was more of the cooking simply. Give him 7 ingredients and he can make something, but anything more than that is overwhelming. With Senjuro helping he is slowly picking up more techniques but it’s a slow process. Hatomi is usually the one making hearty soups, curries and noodle dishes, and she prides herself on making new meals out of any left overs. No food wasted in this house.

. It took a year for Shinjuro to find out what her favorite sweet treat was, and it was only because Senjuro remembered years back about her reaction to finding that very treat in the market but could never find again…her favorite sweet treat is Honey glazed candied ginger, with lemon zest and and orange peels, and Shinjuro went out of his way with Senjuro to find a recipe for it and make it for her birthday. The way her eyes gleamed with such wonder and her heartfelt smile when she received their treat was a face Shinjuro looks back on fondly.

. Uzui sometimes visits, would bring the wives if they expressed interest…mostly because they like to gossip with Hatomi. If any of them brought their kids Hatomi of course fawns over their children, and by the time Hatomi has Kaiden play dates are arranged whether the men like it or not.

. Hatomi in her spare time was shown by Shinjuro how to improve her writing skills, she had good grammar but her penmanship was sorely lacking. It gave Shinjuro something to do, showing his now wife how to write more neatly and Hatomi was not opposed to it…even her grocery lists started becoming more decipherable so she is not complaining about the lessons.

. It took Shinjuro a while to grasp onto the idea that he was feeling more than attraction towards another, hell even getting over the guilt of wanting to show physical affection to a partner again was a challenge. Seeing some hesitance on Hatomi’s part at times brought some semblance of relatability, he knew she could understand his hesitance and that he wasn’t paranoid in feeling this guilt. But the way she has coped and expressed her affection despite that started to make him feel more comfortable with reciprocating. Before they got married he was very reserved with showing physical affection outright, he did small gestures as ways of showing it like helping her with tasks, covering her with a coat if it was cold, and enjoying walks along with quiet time where they just talked. But touching of any intimate kind took a while as he felt he did not deserve that, that he had to atone and earn it. Hatomi was the first to initiate it, despite being patient, she didn’t want him to get the impression that he was undeserving of love, and so she was more than happy to take the first step. It was after they married that he started to seriously take the initiative and show affection without any coaxing.

Lil not art post for tonight…THESE BABIES FINALLY ARRIVED! Was my first time trying the fromjapan website, and had my doubts but when I saw the long sought potteto Shinjuro plush along with his family for a steal price I took the chance. I’m so glad I did they are adorable, smaller in person but worth it! Now I must seek out the Rengoku bros in their older appearance!

Also I accidentally got an extra Ruka plush…if anyone wants one lemme know😉

So like can I just say…I LOVE THIS ZOHAKUTEN PIECE! The desolation in the background is so fire, and Zohakuten cuddling the homicidal wood dragons is so cool!!! This piece is so epic!

Finally able to post my piece that I did for the @kizukizine2023 which I was incredibly excited to be apart of! It was my first time being apart of the zine and I was incredibly honored to be apart of it, and seeing everyone's pieces come alive! I wanted to do one of my favorite lads which was Zohakuten (I plan on doing the thumbnails for the other pitches I did one day!!) but with my piece I wanted to do a 'what-if' and have it as though Zohakuten had won out versus his fight against Mitsuri.

I also love the clones very much, but the lil man won my heart. Thank you again to those who supported the zine and got to see all the goodies that came from it, and of course thank you to the mods that let me be apart of this and the other artists/writers/contributors, it was amazing to see your process and how each of your pieces came to life! :D

HELL TO THE YEAH, This piece is so Epic! A great rendition of the many faces of Hantengu, his tumultuous emotions and the demon hiding behind the facades!

I took part in the @kizukizine2023! Now I can finally show my contribution!!

Obviously, I signed up to draw Hantengu. I had a ton of fun coming up with a design that best represented him as a whole.

Hantengu has always enamored me. The character is so complex for only being written in the story for a short arc. He shows this deeply rooted self-confidence, hidden by cowardice.

He will always be my favorite, hands down.

Finally get to show the piece I did for the @kizukizine2023 ! This piece alone was a test to both patience and my hands😭. If you guys did not know, Kokushibo is my fav upper moon and there are so many reasons why. This is what I wrote when drawing up the draft for my piece!

"This piece is one that depicts the three forms of Kokushibo, his demon form, his monstrous form and his humanity that for 500 years keeps well hidden underneath his ambition. The only indicators of his humanity lie in the complex feelings towards his twin that he both hated and cared about, and the only thing left behind that his brother held on to ever since he turned from the light, the broken flute that he kept despite its history and what it meant. In the picture, the circle represents the moon, contains the Demon form Kokushibo, and from the sword he is holding it drips with the blood of Muzan. In the dark side of the moon it depicts the monstrous face of his true form, crying after seeing how ugly he had become, and the tears drip down to meld with muzans blood in the middle. I wanted to show that Muzan and the jealous tears of Kokushibo falls to envelop the broken flute being held by Michikatsu, and echo of what humanity he had left."

Like I said, Kokushibo is a big fav of mine for both character and badassery, hope you guys enjoy and for those that preordered the zine, thank you for the support!

The day of my birth is here! I’m officially 24 today😅

Wanted to thank everyone who has followed and supported me this long even with a busy schedule!😂. With that being said here are some wips I have been working on, since I draw Kyojuro a lot, I’m obligated to draw the pink snowflake zebra from hell that murdered him too😭

(And yes, I’ll never stop drawing the dilf in slutty poses)

Back on my BS😂🤣. Had this sketch sitting in my WIPS for months, now it’s cleaned up and presentable!

This depicts Hatomi about two weeks into being employed, Kyojuro had already warmed up to her presence while Senjuro was only just starting to come out of his shy shell. Hatomi was willing to do whatever it took to make sure Senjuro was not afraid of her, as his emotions were already awry with Shinjuro ignoring his sons for days at a time when he was off of missions. One day Senjuro cracked, and tears welled up after his father left abruptly for a mission without a goodbye. His young sense of abandonment started to sink in and he felt alone there watching the fading figure, even more tears began to form….until Kyojuro came in with his reassuring smile, telling him that their father would return so there was no need to fear, besides his big brother would be there to keep him company. It didn’t really sink in at first, but when Hatomi approached them, she offered both a comforting hand. “Don’t worry little one, you are not alone. We are here for you.” Senjuros tears transformed into soft sniffles, feeling her gentle hand on his head and seeing his brother brought a new sense of calm to him. They would be okay.
