shifters, if you were the main character of your dr (which you are, tbf), how would its title change? if the world was following your story and how you go through your time in this reality, what would immediately pop out?
example: my "delicious in dungeon" dr-- pending creation, scripting and introduction-- could be retitled "devoted in dungeon", and instead of being primarily about food, it would focus more on the self-care aspects of life on the move. how do you clean yourself? how do you ensure you're getting enough sleep? how do you ensure that all of your emotional and physical needs are met by your party, and how do you communicate that with them? these are questions that "devoted in dungeon" would go over!
dr name fits perfectly? no worries! give your dr a stupid isekai name! like, instead of "twisted wonderland", mine would convert to "oh no! i became the lord of a forgotten dorm?!" get as silly as you want :)

my first MAJOR MANIFESTATION SUCCESS
(and no, i didn’t believe in it all the way.)
hey guys, it’s iri :)) you may or may not have seen my last post about musical theater/competition drama, but if not here’s kind of the situation:
i’m a theater kid and i have done musical theater in my state’s competition for the past 3 years. this year, though, i didn’t get a slot due to reasons beyond my control. i was sour about it for a long time, but despite all of my sourness about the situation, i had a belief looping through my head. just one.
i will be able to compete in this category.
i visualized, i cried, i affirmed robotically as though i had it already. i didn’t turn all of my thoughts around immediately, but i’d fall asleep thinking about the times i had competed before.
i just got a call from my drama coach, and guess what?
i am able to compete in this category. i got the spot!!!
this goes to show that wavering DOESNT EXIST. YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU WANT. REALITY HAS NO CHOICE BUT TO CONFORM TO YOU.

YOU GUYS.
never give up on your manifestations, no matter how close to the “deadline” you are.
i do musical theater competitively for my high school and i was not selected for a slot this year (which is,,, shocking,, because my school is all of three people and a tumbleweed). i used to cry about it. like a lot. our regional competition is next friday, and i was stressed out. i affirmed anyways.
today i have another chance to get a slot. i was selected for our region’s showcase by our coach, and i chose to do musical theater instead of my monologue (which was frankly only possible because i’m the drama president).
at 3:30, i’ll be working on that with my coaches, with high potential that i’ll steal a slot from the one of the four other competitors. wish me luck!!

hey, don’t cry over manifestation. open your notes app. make a list of every little thing you want in your life. make the list as big as you can. every time you think of something new, add it to the list. every time you think of manifesting, remember that this is your list of successes. add your new success to the list. say “i know i have everything on this list” if it helps you. take a big deep breath, and realize that the big things take up the same amount of space as the little things you want.

expanding on "you're already there. . .you just forgot." aka the archive retrieval.
your dr already happened. this is not a theory, this is not a proposition, this is a fact. you lived it. you breathed it. the version of you that had it all??? they left the party early. now you're just retracing the steps back to the cab.
because that's what memory is. recall, retrieval, a filing cabinet you forgot you owned. and this is where everyone gets it twisted. you're not inventing a new reality, you're not willing something into existence like some desperate magician yanking at a faulty deck of cards. you're remembering. you are reconstructing something that was always there. the resistance evaporates the second you stop trying to birth a new world and start remembering the one that was always yours.
so, how do you apply this? simple. stop acting like a screenwriter drafting a speculative fiction and start acting like a historian piecing together an archive.
i , think about your dr not as an eventuality, not as a distant fantasy, but as a memory. a lived experience. the neurons have already fired, the steps have already been taken. you are just flipping through the album now, finding the details.
ii , feel the nostalgia. the deja vu. the casual inevitability. it's not "what if i get there?" it's "how could i have forgotten this?"
iii , reconstruct the feeling. what was the weather like? how did your morning coffee taste? how did people look at you? how did your body move through the space? what was your favourite insignificant little routine?
iv , search for it in your mind like you search for that one song you swear you knew in another life. don’t force it. let it surface. because it will. because it’s real. because it happened.
for law of assumption, the same principle goes. you're not hoping for love, you're remembering being loved. your subconscious doesn’t argue with memory. it doesn’t question the past. it doesn’t resist what already was. so make it so. stitch together the recollection and wear it like a bespoke suit.
this is not manifestation, not in the way people talk about it. this is retrieval. this is recollection. this is remembering the life you already lived and walking back into it like you never left.

my personal belongings...
in my station dr :) inspired by @camiisshifting's dragon dr post (gang your prose is KILLER 333)

a compact mirror
found in erie's old apartment under the floorboards, it's lumen technology from many years ago. a nondescript bronze compact holding a perfectly ordinary mirror to any other hands. once held by a rover, the mirror begins to glow with soft green light. when active, it converts from mirror to holographic projector with useful apps to help rovers navigate lumen. the ticket to the lumen train is hidden in its interface, if a rover has enough patience to find it.
a commonplace journal
a golden campus notebook with intricate designs on the front and back. written in its pages are the dreams of rovers, past and future, along with erie's musings about lumen. when the journal is full, a new one in a new color takes its place and it finds its home in the shelves of the library, ready for any new rover to learn the secrets of the past. erie's entries don't make much sense; they're not linear, not dated, but the taped in candy wrappers and scraps of receipts make the notebook thicker than one would expect.
lettuce
a green rabbit stuffed animal; erie's most prized possession. you'll seldom see them without it close by, either nestled in their crossbody bag or sitting on the nearest table. lettuce has heard every fear and dream erie's ever had, but they're a good secret-keeper. anywhere lettuce goes, they make everybody around them relax, just a little, remembering their own childhood stuffed animals with a nostalgic smile.

a map of lumen, my waiting room! never drawn a map before so i think this turned out well all things considered.
a bit of detail under the cut...
purple is anywhere intended for me to learn/ponder, like the planetarium and library. these also have warp points for me to travel between each of them and my house.
red is housing for the assistants, which are similar to their homes in the animal crossing game.
yellow are the shops, like the coffee shop and the stalls by the plaza, are used to buy things, obviously. but iri! you may ask. lumen doesn't have any currency! and to that, you'd be right. if i reach a certain exploration level (post pending!), i can buy anything from the shop, no need for currency!
blue is anything with water, usually under the jurisdiction of lily the frog :)
and green is any specific greenery! most of the map is either cliff or plant, so there's a lot more that isn't pictured.
