I'm really not over the fact that the Beatles had no idea how to read sheet music, so this episode would have turned out so differently if they were trying to be real 💀

Can we take a second to appreciate that from John and Paul’s point of view they wondered off through their recording studio, found a piano with some funny looking notes floating above it, played a little tune a whim, gave each other a gay little side glance before the piano flew away into the next room followed by intense screaming and then their entire reality turned into a musical and they received no explanation for any of it?

Tho to be fair it was the 60s, they were probably high as a kite and were used to this kind of thing by now

As someone who spent my whole life autistic about very interested in the Beatles, what Dr Who overlooked is so funny to me.

Despite being the most famous musicians in history, John Lennon and Paul McCartney couldn't read sheet music.

Imagine they just see magical floating notes, shrug at each other, and leave.

Aziraphale thinks that they are evidence of the hand of God and they are intelligent and wise and playful.

Crowley likes the idea of Dolphins but does not entirely trust them and if pushed would explain that there's something suspicious about any creature that smiles all the time.
