Week 13 (Future Strategies)
My final week of my first semester was interesting. Looking back over the semester, I surprised myself by finishing most of my assessments and attending all of my classes but one class, making my overall attendance 98%. The positives out of this semester was meeting new friends and learning new and exciting information in all classes. The negatives have been i haven`t been able sleep sometimes because of the fact that I had assessments due that night.
Looking back at my first post, I wanted to submit all of my assessments on time and to the best of my ability, I feel I have meet that goal of doing my best on each and every assignment that submit. In terms of handing in the assessments on time, all of them were on time but one, which was submitted 30 minutes after the deadline. My life balance is much better with me organizing my sport and work to fit above my study and I will have time on completing assessments during reasonable hours in the night.
The picture shows a man looking at the future, which I`m doing at the moment in terms of my future within the course. My future strategies during this course will be to allow myself time do complete assessments according to the assessment`s rubric and in a timely manner, attending all of my classes, ask more questions from my lectures and participate more in class discussions. There are bigger issues to think about when defining systems for the future-those that motivate imagination and connect with the keenness(Muller 2018).

Week 11 (Managing assessments)
The assessments are building up with multiple due within a week, and having a do more than one assessment at a time, it seemed impossible to complete. This seems consistent across all of the class. But because I have a assessment check list, I was on top of when the assessments were due. I feel like my essay writing has improved a bit from previous years and with placing my in-text citations within my work. However, I need to check the assignment rubric before i submit and I need to ensure that I have everything that is required on the assignment is on and correct before I submit. Allotting time to finish composing exercises can appear to be an outlandish undertaking. McDonnel's workday embodies a compelling time the board procedure that encourages improved production(Colon-Franco et al 2017)
The picture represents the time management skills required to manage all of these assessments. In order to complete some of these assessments, I had to stay up until 4am completing some assessments which worked because I got those assessments done and hopefully I have passed those assignment. I felt nervous and sick when writing all of those assignments.

Week 9 (Developing effective communication skills)
My job interview was over the phone because of other circumstances. The communication had to be effective because they don`t want to waste time with a phone interview. I had to sound professional when answering their questions and speaking clearly and confidently so that i come off as a professional trying to get a job. I feel like that type of interview was not as effective as going in for a face-to-face interview would have been, however all my correspondence was through emails and phone calls. In the emails, the language was very formal and well written so that everyone could understand it. (Note, the email is not from that job, but from when I had a timetable clash with my Contract and Sport`s Law class and the Intro to PR Class) but this shows some of my most recent formal type of email.
I believe that the phone interview did achieve its purpose because I got a call after the interview that i got the job and wanted me to come in their place of business and sign the papers.

Week 7 (Understanding and Utilising feedback)
Feedback is information about reactions to a product, a person's performance of a task, etc. which is used as a basis for improvement.
Feedback is important because it gives us something to improve on in the future. So far, all of my feedback, both positive and negative, have had an effect on how I write my assessments, A big thing of feedback was from my sport for all report for Sport in Australia, where our group made a huge mistake by not citing anything in the actual report and then placing the references in anyway, meaning we failed that assignment. But now, I feel like I`m referencing correctly as well as placing the correct in-text citations their place.
This picture shows how feedback can help in different ways, like in gaining better results which I feel like the feedback I have received has helped me and gaining advice for different things. Some other feedback i have gotten is in my presenting style, I`m always quite nervous when delivering a presentation and this is some of the feedback i have gotten,“ Remember to breathe, relax and look up at us a bit more; you will come across as quietly confident”. The peer feedback for this assignment has been helpful in terms of me providing more artifacts in my future posts.

Week 5 (Self-management: motivation and resilience)
I had a horrible balance between classes, sports and work. I had no time early on to work on assessments and get other work done. However it`s gotten better as the semester as rolled on with limiting the time i spend on sports and reducing the amount of time that I work. This image is a scale with sports equipment and book representing the perfect balance between Uni and Sports/Social life.
Maybe the best effect on procedure hypothesis originates from Vroom's Expectancy hypothesis that states persuasive powers are a result of anticipation, instrumentality and valence. Vroom characterizes anticipation as the quality of conviction that the work exertion will prompt undertaking execution(Tang 2014). My motivation comes from just competing this degree and receiving some sort from job or job opportunity that I can then work in the sport`s industry. In terms of motivation through the semester, I really don`t know. I just show up to classes and do those assessments throughout the semester so I don`t fail.
Future Strategies I could use during next semester to stay motivated. Possibly set mini goals that i can achieve during each week of the semester so that a approach each week like the last, with enthusiasm.

Week 3 (Teamwork)
Teamwork are becoming more important within the workplace and schools and organizations try to incorporate some teamwork activities and host classes on teamwork(Saghafian et al 2018). As it was my first group assessment with this cohort, I had no idea what skills and/or attitudes that my group have. Luckily, I had Matthew C in my group, Matt was one of the people that came from the Sports Diploma that i did. So I knew how he worked in a group. However, the other three, i had no idea. I had a bit of experience with working in groups from the diploma and playing team sports.
Most teams have a leader which direct the team in the way that the group wants to go and our group leader was Matt with clear leadership qualities and the rest of us being lead in the right direction. With that comes the workers which were Paris, Sarah, Ben and myself.
During the planning stage of the presentation. I felt that my skills was not used at all and feeling left out from contributing and implementing my ideas. However the rest of the group continued to work on the presentation.This below is a Teamwork survey to see how effective a team works together, my responses below indicates how i felt our team worked together.

Starting Out (Week 1)
My First week in the Sports Business degree was a learning experience, learning what were the expectations were of me and what was required of me. The First week was about learning about the layout of the campus and which rooms I was in for each of my classes with finding which lecturers I had for the semester.
Because I did a diploma of Sports Development previously at Holmesglen, I got course credits that apply to this course, so I have a different class which is a Second year class and I felt I was thrown in at the deep end, but I think I can come out of the other side of this semester feeling that I have done what I wanted to do.
In terms of researching and writing the assessments. I have to learn how to research properly and how to reference properly. My essay writing is not strong, so I must practice writing essays.
My Approach to this year is about writing down lists about when assessments are due and what is required in those assessments. My goal is to submit all assessments on time and to the best of my ability. And in terms of attendance, I`m aiming to attend 95% of my classes.
I`m ready to go.
