Oops, hi, hello, I have been away for a while and might keep being away for a bit more. I had a minor month long mental break and haven't been sober since. 😓

I have been trying to draw and write again but nothing is fandom related or actually decent, lol, gotta keep practising. I'm sorry if you've followed me for fanart, it's just hard to be motivated (or sober) right now.

I haven't seen many new shows lately that could fit into the Lonestar universe but I think maybe something like early Criminal Minds would be interesting? I had such a crush on Emily so it would need to include her, lol. Also Reid and Morgan (so they can kiss, lol).

A case fic where Carlos is assigned to assist the team, maybe the 126 discovers a body, maybe the victim lives so the killer goes after them in revenge? So many possibilities, I love a good mystery and the angst potential is very high. 😅

My cat is 18 today! Now she can legally drink, lmao. I got her 14 years ago when she was 4 on this day so I celebrate her birthday on this date, gonna get her prawns later on. ❤️

And a health update. The migraine med shortage continues, every week is a new date when it'll be in stock and now, it has no date in the system so. I might need to switch to a 350 buck infusion that insurance won't cover instead, hooray. At least that's every 3 months but still, oof. My monthly injections usually cost 7 bucks to give you an idea of the difference. 🙃

sorry for being so absent still, my body is kicking my ass! migraine meds are out of stock until next month, my brain feels like it's full of crabs scuttling about and pinching everything. Also my period came back so hooray dyphoria. 😑

I haven't even drawn this week, just been lying about in the dark listening to stuff.

Oh! I did finally get a diagnosis for my dizziness, POTS which was the first thing I suggested but doctors gotta doctor. So I have more pills, hopefully they work.

Sneak Peak Sunday?

I have been drawing otherwise, mostly learning ropes and anatomy, I just need to actually finish something instead of practise, I finished my rope bunny idea but he doesn't really count as fandomy, lol.

in light of israel's looming invasion on rafah, south africa implored the icj to call for the protection of palestinians with new preliminary orders. the icj denied this request, insisting that its january orders would be sufficient in ensuring the safety of people residing in rafah.

we have all seen how israel responded to the icj verdict earlier this month. they have all but intensified their attacks on palestinians, their favorite of whom seem to be children. this will end in a bloodbath. palestinians, already malnourished and living in literal tents, will be bombarded, they will be shot, they will be slaughtered. and when i say palestinians, a lot of them are actual toddlers. the videos coming out of this are proof enough.

at this point, it has been made amply clear that palestinians will never experience safety in their own homeland. a lot of the families in gaza are trying to raise funds to get out of it, because there's nowhere left to go.

there is nowhere left to go. if these people don't get the funds necessary to escape, they will die.

it's vital that you go to operation olive branch's spreadsheet, choose a family that resonates with you, and donate as much as you can to their gofundme. every last dollar counts. one dollar could be the difference between life and death for a family. please don't fall victim to the bystander effect. your contribution matters, however little it may be. and whether you're able to donate or not, spread this to as many people as you can. each second we stay silent is a second an entire family is brutally massacred.

Sorry for being so absent, I ran out of migraine meds because of a shortage so I spent February stoned instead. 🙃 They're meant to restock mid-march so hopefully I will be more coherent then?

(but my crippling depression is kicking my ass too so who knows if that'll help, blargh)

I'm also really struggling with learning lighting! I have no idea why I thought I could learn it in like 2 months but oof, lol. I can light a face! And light a body! But I cannot make them match, I have no idea why. One is broad strokes and one is detailed and I'm very hesitant to use bold colours on faces so. Problems. 😑

I really need to catch up on tumblr, maybe post what I've done for feedback, Carlos's tit highlights are haunting me and I feel like such a flake missing so much.

For now though, gonna crawl back into my depression ditch, sorry. ❤️

Happy late valentines! I wanted to finish my January art by now but urgh, February is kicking my ass as much as January did. I keep missing wip wednesday and seven sentence sunday and now I missed Valentines. 😭

I accidentally deleted some layers in my art so I need to do more then I thought to finish (Carlos lost his skin 💀) and I also wanna delete/repost my blindfold fanart because I'm not pleased with it and I redid it to match my pearl one.

So now I wanna post them as a matched set but one isn't finished and the other is haunting me on tumblr, lol.

I also posted and deleted my latest TK drawing, I wanna rethink and maybe redo it, I dunno. I think some of my stuff doesn't really fit in here so it might go in the sketch graveyard, I have a few there, lol. Sorry I like covering you in blood and putting you in skirts, TK.

“Stop!” he demands, and it sends a shiver down Carlos’ spine.

He gasps a “huh?” even as he yields to the instruction, his first grinding to a halt on the downstroke.

“I want you to wait baby, do you think you can hold off? Only want you to come when I do,” he says, and Carlos goddamn whines– pathetic and wanting.

“TK,” he practically begs, hand tight around the base of his c*ck.

“Go on,” TK commands, “keep stroking baby– get yourself nice and wet for me.”

TK stares intently as Carlos complies, watches the repeated slide of his hand over his c*ck. “Fuck that’s it sweetheart, such an obedient little thing aren’t you.”

Carlos whines again at the praise, deep and guttural, obeying TK’s every word as he fists himself again, slow and torturous; sees TK do the same.

This is from the new chapter of my TK's growing up years fic that I just posted a few minutes ago -

2010 -

Owen turned the key in the lock and opened the door. Stunned, he took in the scene before him as the music pulsated.

The apartment he thought would be empty and dark was filled with teenagers, clearly in the middle of quite a party.

Of everyone there, he saw one face he recognized.

Make that two; his son’s boyfriend was on his couch, with his arms wrapped around TK who was in his lap.

TK’s jaw dropped in shock as he made eye contact with his dad. He sat up, trying to untangle himself from Hunter’s arms. “Dad?”

“TK,” Owen said evenly, stepping into the apartment and closing the door. As he closed the door, the music came to an abrupt stop. “What’s going on here?”

It’s two weeks later and Paul has just unceremoniously dropped three gallon ziploc bags full of raw goat meat covered in a green sauce on the loft’s island counter.

“It’s been marinating for three days,” Paul explains. “This isn’t your boring white people chicken where you sprinkle it with salt and call it good.”

“Excuse you!” TK says, emerging from the fridge with a beer for Paul and a mineral water for Marjan, “I season my meat.” He catches Carlos giggling at the unintentional innuendo in the corner of his eye and nudges his side with an elbow. “Shut up. I do.”

“Man, I saw you putting raisins in your couscous the other day.”

TK rolls his eyes at the comically loud gasp that comes from Carlos along with a hushed “raisins, TK?”
