its okay if you mess up a few times. its okay if it takes you a little while to get something right. its okay if you don’t understand immediately. things take time, and how long varies from person to person. you’re not a failure just because you’re learning, trying to figure stuff out; everyone starts somewhere.

Whenever you feel like to overthink dear self, ignore it. Ignore ignore ignore, for now, for the time being, for good. You have so many other things aside than your dark thoughts. Don’t let it crawl into your mind. I know it quite a mess right now but priorities. The dark thoughts are at last in the list.

what do you think about your past?
My past is my past. Nobody from the past is in my life anymore, so why should I bother thinking about it?

6 ways to make flying coach feel more luxurious
Not all of us can enjoy the luxuries of business or first-class air travel. If you don’t have the frequent flyer miles to spend on an upgrade but still want to fly comfortably in coach, then read on to learn a few nifty tips to make the most out of Economy class.

1. Pick the right seats
Whether you’re looking to get a good view out the window or extra legroom for yourself, selecting the right seat for you can make all the difference for your onboard experience. To guarantee yourself a comfortable flight, be sure to pick a sitting arrangement that fits your needs:
For a smooth ride, seat over the wing. The front and rear ends of the plane tend to be more turbulent during flight.
For some peace and quiet, seat closer to the front of the cabin to avoid the loud engine noises and occasional chatter from the galley.
For extra storage, pick a seat in the rear. Most airlines have a back-to-front boarding procedure, meaning you’ll call dibs on all the overhead storage space you desire.
For an easy escape, a seat near the main entrance (which is located almost always at the front left of the plane) will allow you a swift exit once the cabin doors open.
For better legroom, a seat along the emergency exits would be the way to go. If those aren’t available, an aisle seat would be your next best bet. Also, make a point to go for an airline with better leg rooms. For families, a 3-4-2 configuration on a plane, like those provided on JAL, could make sitting together as a family easier, and provides more privacy for couples.
2. Choose the right airline
The choice of airlines may be more significant than you think…
Which has the largest legroom? Gives you the best deals? Offers the most comfort?
Japan Airlines (JAL), for example, has been named Best Economy Class Airline Seats in 2015 for increased comfort and manoeuvrability, as you can see from the video below:

Be meticulous while planning your travels and research different airlines before hand to give you a better idea of any perks and privileges that may be available to you onboard.
3. Bring your own entertainment
Don’t just count on the airline providing you with in-flight entertainment. It’s great catching up on all the movies you’ve yet to watched on the in-flight entertainment system, but bringing along a book or downloading a game (that don’t need data to run!) could serve as a pleasant distraction for the long flight ahead.
4. Neck pillows are your best friend!
Along with ear plugs, noise-cancelling headphones, and blindfolds. Plane rides can get rather rowdy, with the occasional crying infant and random buzzing noises from the engine. If you’re looking to get some peace and quiet, be sure to pack these essentials along with you.
5. Consider upgrading for comfort

We’re all creatures of comfort. In certain circumstances, it’s worth considering an upgrade if the price is affordable. Nothing like indulging in an endless flow of champagne, exquisite in-flight meals, and fully reclinable seats to take your mind off the 20-hour flight.
Want a budget-friendlier option? Premium economy is the sweet spot. JAL especially, has premium economy seats that are wider and do not fall backwards when reclining, meaning your personal space will never be encroached. That and all those nice extra perks like airport lounge, in-flight slippers and more make this a definite step up from economy seats!
6. Be nice to the crew
Flight attendants are more than happy to keep you comfortable and happy. On Japan Airlines, comfort is rightly summarised by the term omotenashi. Omotenashi is a completely selfless approach to receiving guests, where a perfect balance of attentive care and unobtrusiveness is achieved to create an intimate environment of trust, relaxation and respect between those sharing the moment.

And sometimes the people who truly love you will be mad at you, not because they don’t want you anymore, but because they care about you so much that they are indeed afraid to lose you.
