The Hood Who Laughs

- Redhood fights a blizzard on his bike

-the Joker has kidnapped Robin and is holding him hostage in an abandoned wearhouse in Finland

-he makes it

-starts trying to break the door down, yelling to Dami

- Dami is yelling to hurry up THE BOMB IS ABOUT T-

-Jason is thrown back, shielded from the blast by the door

-Batman arrives and pulls the door off Jason, who is dazed

-a father hugs his son

-Jason pushes off him and starts yelling for Dami

-Batman doesn't move

-Batman found Damian's body first

-Jason screams

-a "father" hugs his "son"

-Batman can't do anything

- Again

-Jason helped raise this boy

- in the distance laughter is heard

-Jason holds his boy

-laughter approches

i know a lot of people talk about Jason pursuing his education after being revived by getting his GED and going to college but how much funnier would it be if he was like ‘no fuck that i’m not cutting corners i’m graduating high school and nobody can stop me’ and then we get the scene of Tim fucking sheet white in english class staring at the front of the room where his teacher is begrudgingly introducing this twenty year old over six foot 200+ pounds absolute UNIT of a man that is DEFINITELY his confirmed-dead vigilante predecessor as his new classmate ‘Todd Peters’ because Jason used part of his new crime lord income to bribe the principal to no-questions-asked re enrol him as a student.

cut to two weeks later and Bruce is concerned because Tim seems to be having trouble with bullying at school and Tim doesn’t know how to tell him it’s because Jason fucking Todd, the actual Red Hood of Crime Alley, keeps fucking targeting him during dodgeball in gym class.

Batman: i can’t allow you to work in Gotham if you kill people, Hood.

Red Hood: suck my nuts

Red Hood, whispering to Robin once Batman’s turned away: here my half of the joint assignment’s on this flashdrive let me know if the powerpoint gets fucked up

the only reason Tim isn’t snitching on Jason about any of this is because it’s nice to have somebody understand what it’s like to juggle both full-time school and full-time crime-fighting. and also he swears to god he is SO close to getting Jason to actually like him-

Don't get me wrong. I know education is important. But our school system is sh!t at this point. So here's a list of things I think need to change (please don't come at me we're all entitled to our own opinions)

Forcing kids to spend 7 hours a day (not counting extracurriculars) cramming information into their heads that they will probably never even end up using in their adult lives??? Instead of teaching us to solve for X, we should be learning how to do taxes. Teach us how to cook, how to be financially responsible, and how to take care of ourselves when we get injured. Please.

Making us wake up before the sun is even up!? If our school days need to be that long then at least start them later. So many kids are sleep deprived because they just can't go to bed early enough to be getting the 8+ hours of sleep they need. Including me.

Homework. WHY?! We're already spending over 7 hours doing useless work. Then we have to go home and do more?

Kids are scared for their lives. There has already been one gun threat at my school this year. Little kids should still be able to wear light-up shoes to school. There were 221 school shootings in 2024. What. The. Fuck.
