Giant Flower… because big huge flowers rock. I’ve always been fascinated and amazed when I see a new giant flower. My grandmother grew dahlias, and some were as big as dinner plates. I guess those memories from childhood come out in our work in all sorts of ways. Surprising and reminding me of that joy. Getting back into a project I haven’t had the time to finish. I just love this beautiful Arches cotton paper. The deckled edges, the thickness of it! Forget about rolling this paper, it’s impossible.
