Doctor Who: Spyfall Sentence Starters
It shouldn’t be doing that. What? MI6 is trying to kill us?! Finally we meet. You actually do exist! I heard this is your field of expertise, dealing with the impossible. This is beyond any human technology. The security of this entire planet is at stake. Yeah, bring on the bling! I will shoot you with my laser shoe! Didn’t realize you were this much of a hoarder. You can’t entirely trust everyone. They’re surrounding the building, look–! Well, you could’ve warned me about that. What exactly are you except reluctant to talk? I could be your brother in law. I would be a good brother in law. How are you even here?! You okay? You had any sleep? What happened to you? I thought I was dead. You chose to exile yourself here? You never get lonely? I made iced tea, possibly. Governments these days are full of people who don’t understand technology. I checked it against every known language in the universe – no match. I can’t see a pattern at all. There’s hundreds of them! We can’t deal with all of those. Why is it doing that? I don’t understand. Multiple earths? What does that mean? Fancy a trip in the box? –Ridiculous… Is this the right time to tell I actually haven’t done any undercover work? Lucky in dice and lucky in love. Who recruited who? What exactly do I pay you for? This is one of the quiet days! I’ve never been good at sprinting. Everything that you think you know is a lie. What would you say to the others if they were here? Call me by my name. We have to go dark. Where there’s risk, there’s hope. I never use Facebook unless forced. I’m not where I wanted to be, but I can work with this. Darkness never sustains, even if it sometimes feels like it might. When does all this stop for you? I keep telling you – conspiracy.

I Need DWRP Blogs to Follow
So I just cleaned out my inactives and unfollowed 63 blogs! No wonder my dash is dead.
I need some new blogs to follow. They can be DWRP blogs or just blogs with awesome DW content. Or just really rad writers you think I should follow!
I’m a multi-Doctor blog with Nine, Twelve, and Thirteen, and I also have muse for Ten and Theta Sigma on occasion.
I’m always looking for new rp blogs to follow, including but definitely not limited to:
The Master
Missy
Clara Oswald
Bill Potts
Rose Tyler
Jack Harkness
I’m also open to crossovers in all sorts of fandoms. Supernatural, Marvel, Gotham (TV), Harry Potter, LOTR, etc. Send me a message, I’m really open to new things!
Also OCs! I love OCs and have found some fantastic partners that way!
Reblog this, tag someone you know, and I’ll give you a follow! Skype and Discord are available to mutuals!

Clara grinned, “We got this,” She said confidently, gripping the controls.
“What are we going for?” She asked, looking at the various prizes in the claw machine.
Tumblr media
Clara could throw up she was so nervous. The ring in her dress pocket felt like a lead weight, but she couldn’t back out now.
Her and the Doctor decided about two years ago (their time) to stop skirting around their obvious attraction to each other and do something about it. Clara called it dating, the Doctor called it ‘being together’. Whatever it was called, Clara loved it, and she knew the Doctor loved it too even if he was never overtly open with his emotions. They were happy, happier than they’d ever been apart and Clara knew that it was right, and that she’d never want anything else.
She hoped the Doctor felt the same way, because if he didn’t Clara was about to look really bloody stupid.
They were currently visiting Narene, a tiny little blue planet not far from where Galifrey used to be. There was even in an empty spot in the sky where the Doctor’s planet used to be. The sight tore at Clara’s heart, but this planet was beautiful, and according to the Doctor the people here had adopted a lot of Gallifreyan traditions. Which is why Clara had insisted they visit the planet during their annual space festival, where they honored the universe. She hoped it would bring him back to when Galifrey had had something similar.
It seemed to be working, the Doctor was bouncing around all the little booths talking about how great everything was. Clara smiled as she walked behind him, watching him while he was so happy was something Clara always loved to see.
It was now or never, then. He was happy, and now was the perfect time to ask him. It was going to be a fairly public proposal, but she’d always dreamt of being proposed to in a park. She never imagined she’d be the one doing the proposal.
“Hey Doctor,” Clara called out softly to get his attention, and then walked up to him. She didn’t go down to one knee, that tradition always made little sense to her. She reached for the ring in her pocket with a shaking hand and then presented to him the ring of shiny blue metal, with a Galifreyan engraving on the outside that read ‘from your Clara’.
Clara swallowed thickly and then in a small, nervous voice asked him, “Will you marry me?”

“Giant claw machines, you’re good at those!” Clara exclaimed, gripping his arm, the excitement coursing through her.
She started tugging him towards the machines, grinning as she did. She loved this man so much, and now they were getting married.

Clara grinned, not at all surprised by the name. “I love it,” She giggled. She looked up as the time rotor started to move, watching it take them to a brand new planet.
Clara walked over to the Doctor and grabbed his hand and as soon as the TARDIS landed she started tugging him out the doors, eager to see what awaited them.

Clara smirked, knowing her innuendo would escape her Doctor. He was never any good at that kinda stuff.
“Party planet,” She grinned, walking around the console, “Sounds fun. What’s it called? It’s gotta have a cool name.” Clara smiled and spun one of the switches on the controls, the one the Doctor always forgot to do.

“Well,” Clara grinned, “We could return to the festival if you’d like.”
She shrugged, “We could celebrate,” Clara winked suggestively, knowing it would throw the Doctor off. Mentions of sex always did.
“Or we could run off and save a planet,” She grinned, pressing up on her toes to kiss him softly.

Clara giggled as she chased him, their hands still connected until he let go to fiddle with the knobs. She watched him with rapt attention, wondering what would pop out when he was done. When the ring was finished and she saw it, she let out a little gasp. “It’s perfect,” She grinned.
She held out her hand and let him slip the ring on her finger. “Yes,” She smiled softly, her voice cracking as tears once again gathered in her eyes, “A million times yes.”

Clara smiled teasingly, still holding on to the Doctor’s hand as he bowed to the crowd. “Lucky for you,” She grinned, “I’ve never been the stay at home type, either.” She squeezed his hand and started to pull him towards one of the nearby booths filled with jewelry. “Since how I got you a ring I think it’s only fitting you pick one out for me as well,” Clara teased him.

Clara could no longer contain her excitement, she grinned widely and let out a small scream of glee as she jumped up and wrapped her arms around the Doctor’s shoulders, hugging him tightly.
“I love you,” She whispered, “And I don’t need a big wedding, just you.”
Around them scattered applause broke out from all the festival goers that had watched the moment.

Clara nodded, closing her eyes as she melted at his touch. She licked her lips slowly, listening to his words.
“Yes,” She whispered softly, opening her eyes and looking up at him, their eyes meeting, “If you want to marry this crazy, impossible girl,” She whispered with a soft smile. Clara blinked, holding her breath as she awaited his answer.

Please don’t say no, Clara thought. Fear gripped her heart. She squeezed her eyes shut, aware that people were looking. When she opened her eyes back up a few seconds later, tears had gathered in the corners. But like the confident, strong woman she was she didn’t let it waiver her. She continued to hold the ring out towards him, shakily, but holding it still nonetheless.
“I love you, Doctor. This is incredibly selfish of me, since I know I will not live as long as you,” She paused briefly and swallowed thickly and then continued, “But I want to spend the rest of my life with you, if you’ll let me. I know this is sudden, but I’ve never felt something this right. If you’re not ready, you can say no. We can pretend this never happened,” Clara said softly, so that only he could hear her, even as people continued to gather around them.
Clara took a deep breath as she watched his facial expression carefully, searching for his answer.

Clara swallowed thickly and then in a small, nervous voice asked him, “Will you marry me?”

okay please reblog this if you are happy to write lengthy threads with long, complicated plots and multiple non-player characters, whilst driving the plot forward on a mutually-responsible, mutually-beneficial basis, sometimes winged and sometimes not, using the “yes and” technique to build a story

Clara smiled widely, looking at the TARDIS almost as she had the very first time she’d seen it.
She let go of the Doctor’s hand and walked up to the ship, holding her hand out and pressing it against the ship but not opening the door. “I knew you missed me,” She whispered, smirking as she finally pushed open the door and let out a soft sigh as she walked in.
Clara took in the TARDIS, feeling very much like she had the first time she walked inside. “Did he redecorate again?” She mumbled to the ship but shook her head in amusement. She walked up to the console and set her hands on the edge, smiling. She was here, she was home.
impossible-kisses:
Clara quickly took the Doctor’s hand, intwining their fingers. “Yes, please!” She enthused.
Seeing him was like coming home after a long winter, but being in the TARDIS, that would be like she was finally back where she’d belonged. It’d been so long… and she missed her home so much. As great as her TARDIS was, it wasn’t his. It wasn’t the TARDIS.
Her enthusiasm was infectious and as soon as her hand was in his it felt like the thing he hadn’t even known he was missing all this time had finally clicked back into place. Immediately he led the way out of the lecture hall and up toward his office.
Soon enough they were inside. As soon as the door shut behind them the Doctor turned toward the TARDIS. “Look, I brought you an old friend,” he told the ship. A metallic chirp from inside answered their arrival.

“Fine,” Clara relented, just as the doctor had. “But I can’t think of anything. I guess there’s you,” She shrugged, “I suppose you’re my biggest secret.”
