Painting is like #healing - it works in layers. You can’t just finish it with one pass, it takes so many iterations. But it’s worth the time invested. I’ve been through so much shifting and change this last year. I feel like a completely different person. So many old patterns have been addressed and are still working themselves out. It’s never over, but it is progressing. Feeling very sad about the #lasvegasmassacre At moments like this, the only thing that makes sense to me is to just love more. To love my friends and my dog and share kindness with whoever I see. I strongly feel that we all suffer when there is suffering in the world, whether we consciously acknowledge it or not. I had nightmares all night and some guy was firing a gun in my dreams, then I woke up to the news. I don't think that was only coincidence. I think we are all connected. So love more.
