If I Were To Run Into You Again. 

There are times when I wonder what it would be like if I ran into you again. What words would be spoken or would a deafening silence bridge the gap between the two of us? Would we act like two strangers who never cross paths before or have that awkward hello and fake conversation as we wish we were somewhere else.

What exactly are you suppose to say to someone who once meant so much to you yet drifted so far away from you at the same time? Are we suppose to forget the history that we once shared or continue from where things have left off? 

And if I were to run into you again, I wonder what emotions would be stirring inside. Would I miss you? Would I have that yearning feeling to have you in my life again or feel relieved that you’re no longer part of it? Would memories come rushing back or would it remain faded to show how I no longer care about someone I once cared so much about. I wonder…
