I have a theory. You know how in the teaser Jimmy/Saul is shown in an all black outfit (a suit) and then there is the scene where Kim is smoking in the living room where she is wearing a black dress.

I think that someone they both know is going to die, I believe it's going to Howard.

I think that Howard is going to die, the scene with all the people in the background is either a funeral or a memorial (I know it looks a bit more like a dinner party so I'm not entirely sure about that one). Kim is smoking in the living room because she feels bad about Howard's death and is very stressed about it too. Which leads me to believe that his death was self inflicted.

If you think about it, it totally makes sense. Kim and Saul/Jimmy are both trying to take him down and what is one of the pettiest and messed up things you can do? Clog the toilet in their super expensive and fancy house while there are people there.
