Day #21
Weight: 72.3Kgs
Sleep: sooo good! Finally! 🥰🥰
Food:
Breakfast- toast with cream cheese and fried egg 😋
Lunch - green rice with zaatar eggplant, hummus and salad 🤤
Snack - toast with butter and ham
Hydration: 0.3L tea + 0.5L water + 0.3L water + 0.7L water + 0.3L tea x2
Movement: 30 minute walk
Self care: kind of worked on a choreography, I love this sort of creative work because it doesn’t “let” think about anything else and so it’s really relaxing to the mind
Productivity: looked into a finance app where I’m thinking I’ll start investing, sent a job application
Read: nothing like the movies (which I just checked and it’ll be the 53rd book I read this year!! Let’s go 💪🏼💪🏼)
I’m proud of… having moved today, good work I did at my job
I’m grateful for… the little squirrel I saw on my way to work this morning, he was very cute!

Day #… I’m not sure let’s say 20?
Weight: 72.8kg
Sleep: kind of shitty, making me wake up later
Food:
Breakfast - oats with milk, peanut butter, blueberries and some chocolate breakfast cereal
Lunch - penne alla vodka
Snacks - apple puff pastry
Hydration - 0.3L tea + 0.7L x2 + 0.3L tea
Movement -12 minute run + 5 minute walk
Self care - reading and meditation before bed
Productivity - grocery shopping + washed hair + vacuumed

I’m proud of… myself for running, even if it was less than where I was at before, I finally managed to pull myself out of bed and do something hard. I can do hard things, I also need to show myself some grace because what two weeks ago maybe wasn’t hard today can be. It doesn’t mean we’ve gone backwards it just means that there is more that I’m balancing at the moment.
I’m grateful for… the birds chirping outside my window in the morning, all the people who were there for me over the past few days when I really needed them, especially my sister

Weight: 72.7
Sleep took forever to fall asleep, again. I think it might be related to my menstrual cycle phase? Who knows honestly
Food
Breakfast - toast with peanut butter and jelly
Lunch - soup and cheese, lettuce tomato sandwich
Snacks - Turkish delight and a third of a cinnamon bun
Dinner - green rice with zaatar aubergine
Hydration 0.7L x 2 + 0.75L + 0.5L water

Productivity: translated my CV, cleaned the apartment, cooked

Sleep: once again had trouble falling asleep and so this morning had trouble waking up 🙃
Food
Breakfast - toast with cream cheese and a fried egg
Lunch - toast with hummus and smashed (cooked) eggplant with zaatar
Snack - bowl of breakfast cereal

Movement - ballet class
Productivity - just work and that was already a struggle today to be honest

Day #9

Sleep: slept a little too well and woke up late
Food
Breakfast: bowl of yoghurt with frozen mango, raspberries and some oats (a nutricionista shared this with me as a hack to increase fiber and protein and make you feel more full!)
Lunch: spicy tomato pasta 😋
Snack: a bowl of breakfast cereal 🥛and a tangerine 🍊
Dinner: toast with cream cheese, cucumber slices and balsamic vinegar and carrot-leek creamy soup 🥕🥣
Hydration: 0.5L cucumber water + 0.5L waterx2
Movement: 15minute walk + 15minutes run! 💪🏼🏃I can’t believe I just ran 15 minutes! And it was a struggle but I pushed through which just makes me feel even prouder
Self care:
Productivity: It was really unproductive today even at work! I didn’t start the day super well because I woke up late so I didn’t run and I didn’t really have the time to wake up so I was in a bit of a rut for the rest of the day! I did manage to finish editing chapter 12 at the end of the day at least 📓

I’m grateful for… having an unproductive day and it being ok 💛 & a 20 minute call with my dad that felt like 5 minutes

Sleep: I doom scrolled for literal hours in bed which is not great but… sleep was actually good! 😴
Food
Breakfast - toast with butter
Snack - matcha and a donut 😋
Dinner - snacked on carrots and hummus while I cooked, spicy tomato rigatoni, chicken wing leftovers 👩🍳🤤
Hydration: 0.5L tea + 0.5L water x 3
Movement: 18 minute walk + 12.5 minutes run 💪🏼 & 30 minute walk outside
Self care: going for a walk in the sun and getting that donut 🍩🚶♀️☀️
Productivity: took the trash out and washed the containers 🧽 , finished editing chapter 10 📓, fully edited chapter 11 📑, edited a third of chapter 12 🖋️ and sent another job application 👩💼 (what a day!)
Read: started reading a hockey romance, a perfect guilty pleasure
I’m proud of… leaving the house because I knew it was good for me even if I didn’t feel like it ☀️
I’m grateful for… a very beautiful autumn day ☀️🍂a call to my grandmother ☎️ a sense of accomplishment at the end of the day ☺️

Sleep: unclear why but it was really shitty
Food:
Brunch - It was book club day! I had a delicious toast with mushroom buttercream and scrambled eggs and a chai latte 😋
Snacks - half a toast with butter and half a toast with cream cheese and cucumber and Za’atar and a bowl of breakfast cereal
Dinner - homemade carbonara 👩🍳
Hydration: 0.5L tea + 0.5L water x3 💧
Self-care: Gilmore girls while doing my nails 🍂
Movement: 30 minute walking 🚶♀️
Read : nothing 🙈 deciding on my next read
Productivity: grocery shopping, did some soup for the week, edited chapter 10 📓
Im grateful for… a really sunny day (probably the last one I’ll see for a while because of where I live), a cool book club and a really fun mum ☀️
Im proud of… having gone in the walk, after having slept poorly I really didn’t feel like getting out of bed 40 minutes earlier to go on a walk, but I did it, I showed up for myself 🫰
🎉It’s been a week since I’ve started posting these! Weight wise not too much difference but what a difference in behaviour! This week I regularly chose healthier food, I was more active than I’ve been in a while and I did it with purpose! Not to mention that I’ve edited almost as many chapters in the last 7 days as I had in the whole month before!
I can only hope next week goes as well as this one!

I’m not seeing much of a change but I’m trying to prioritise sustainability over speed, inputs over outputs
Sleep was… fine
Out of bed by… 8 (work from home day!)
Food:
Breakfast - toast with butter, a fried egg and some cottage cheese
Lunch - hummus and carrots, I was still full from the breakfast that was later than usual
Snack - tangerine
Dinners - fries and chicken wings 😋
Movement: walked for 25 minutes & ran for 10 🏃♀️
I’m soooo proud of myself for that! I don’t remember the last time o ran this long, it might genuinely have been in high school or something 🙈 let’s see how fast I can get to 15 💪🏼
Hydration: 0.5L tea + 0.5L water x 4

Self-care:
Productivity: fully edited chapter 9, did a load of laundry and changed the sheets

[02•10•2024, second day of the quarter project]
Today I had a pretty productive day. After classes I prepared for the next two tests. I took notes and a quiz. In the evening I went to the gym and did a great workout for my lower body.After returning home, I ate dinner and did my math homework. By the way, I did all the important things that were on my to-do list.
