I'm feeling very easily tipped into anxiety, and very unsure & overwhelmed at the moment so am trying to do lots of positive things to counter it all. I'm getting lots of rest, eating yummy, nutritious food, exercising, keeping my surroundings super cosy & comfy .. I'm also delving into this Positive Planner which was a Christmas gift from my Mammy. It prompts you to set intentions for the week/day, reflect on the day, and has lots of positive activities along the way.
