If I understand, a certain Rui Kamishiro-san created a time machine, and a cloning machine. Apparently, he’s also made one that could take people from other dimensions and bring them here.

Past that, however, I’m not sure. There’s been a lot going on. Maybe asking Kamishiro-san directly would help.
