According to this story, this dish was started in Chennai in 1965 by the 'Bukhari Hotel', where AM BHARI of Tamil Nadu gave the name to this dish. This number 65 was added to the chicken dish and since then the cylinders are being added to add 65 to a lot of dishes since then. Not only this, after the dish 'Chicken' 78,82 and 90 in the 'Buhari Hotel' included in the menu.
There are some weird stories from this story, like chicken is cooked after 65 days of marination. The chicken is cut into 65 pieces. Once a chef chicken used 65 chillies to make it super spicy.
There is another story about this, which is related to Indian soldiers staying in Chennai. In Chennai Canteen they were given a big menu, in which the name of this dish was recorded at 65, hence the dish was named 65. It is believed that at that time the canteens had to face difficulties in ordering the soldiers because of language, so it was easy for the soldiers to remember the number of the dish.
Well, we do not know which one of these stories are considered to be true and which is a lie, but it is a strange matter that many such interesting stories were made about the dish. Ingredients
Chicken = 800 g
Salt = taste according
Hot spice powder = a teaspoon
Ginger Garlic Paste = a Table Spoon
Thick curd = half cup
Refined oil = a tablespoon
For Chicken Chilli Gravy
Cashew = half cup
Thick curd = half cup
Ginger Garlic Paste = a Table Spoon
Onion = two chopped, finely chopped
Oil = two tablespoons
Salt = taste according
Black pepper = 20 to 25 grains
Dry mint = a tablespoon
Kasuri Fenugreek = A tablespoon
Hot spice powder = a teaspoon
Desi Ghee = two tablespoon
Ginger = a tablespoon, cut into long thin slices
Green pepper/ Green Chilly = two acids, cut into long thin slices
Fresh cream = 1/2 cup
Green pepper = two finely chopped
Butter = two tablespoon = half cup
Ginger Garlic Paste = a Table Spoon
Onion = two chopped, finely chopped
Oil = two tablespoons
Salt = taste according
Black pepper = 20 to 25 grains
Dry mint = a tablespoon
Kasuri Fenugreek = A tablespoon
How to prepare Green Chilli Chicken
Mix chicken, (Chicken) ginger garlic paste, salt, hot (masala) powder, curd and oil in a vessel and keep it in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
Heat the oven at 240 degrees and grind the pieces of chicken on a non-stick bowl or roaster for 15 to 20 minutes, keep the chicken pieces separately from the centre of the alley-flip-flops.
How to make Chicken Chilly Gravy
Soak cashew nuts in warm water for an hour, then remove them water from cashew nuts and grind them with cashew, dry mint, green chilli, a tablespoon curd and grind them with 2 tablespoon water and keep them aside.
Heat tablespoon oil in the frying pan and add onion slices and fry for 1 minute, add ginger garlic paste and green chillies and fry for 1 minute and then stop the gas, cool the masala and make a paste by finely grinding in the mixer. Take it
Now add remaining oils and butter in the frying pan and add onion paste and add onion paste for three minutes, fry it on medium gas for 4 minutes and then add chicken grind well and wrap it in a spice well and roast for 2 minutes.
Pour curd and knead the hot masala powder, salt and 2 cups of water and cover the lid of the pan for 7 to 8 minutes on medium flame.
Add fenugreek and cream and cook for 2 minutes on low flame and close the gas.
Heat the ghee in a pan and add ginger and green chilli slices to it, roast it for 30 seconds and close the gas and put hot ghee on top of chicken prepared with chicken pepper.
Serve hot with Chicken Black Pepper - How to make Chicken Kali Mirch (naan roti) or Rumali roti and eat it.

What is the best recipe for Eggless Banana Bread?
Perfect breakfast for your weekend party. Nutritious moist bread made with wheat flour and mushy banana.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
3/4 cup Sugar
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp Salt
3 pcs Banana Mashed
1/2 cup Amul Butter melted
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1/4 cup Milk
1/4 cup Mixed nuts
Preheat oven at 180 degree centigrade, melt butter in 9" loaf pan, keep aside.
Add whole wheat flour and butter into a pan. To this add baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder, and salt. Combine all the ingredients together using a whisk.
In a bowl, add melted butter, sugar, mashed banana, vanilla essence, milk and mix well.
Combine both prepare ingredients together and mix well.
Pour it into the buttered pan.
Bake it at 180c until bread becomes golden brown.
