Part 2. Today I got a physiotherapy and it was intense. I was sitting for an hour making faces and moaning out of pain, trying to focus on breathing deeply (as if I was giving a birth), while a physiotherapist was squeezing n forming my arm like a plasticine. Then he said “Uhm, a connective tissue”. It’s basically part of your muscle, and it can get overload cause of a physical activity and / or the big amounts of stress. As the connective tissue is linked to the nervous system, it changes its structure to thicker and bigger while getting overworked and not getting proper rest. It’s more like a mental thing. We did the therapy with a shock wave (yeah, was surprised with the name too). The tool looked like a big dildo and we set it for 15 Hz, 2.4 bar and only 5500 hits 🤣. The machine changes kinetic energy to acoustic one and generates waves to reduce the hardening. The feeling was as if someone was hitting me quickly with a hammer #pierdoleniekotkazapomocąmłotka 🙃. After that we used a Chinese ball!💥 to reduce the pressure and because of some other reasons I can’t repeat and don’t remember. At the end I did some exercise with a gum. It was the most painful physiotherapy I’ve ever had. But the fact my doctor was handsome and had very friendly voice, helped a lot. I’m also happy, I didn’t eat or drink anything before, as there were moments I thought I was gonna sh!t myself. First practice since a month. 3h is a real success. My shoulder is healing and also I’m jobless xd so I guess, I have much more energy now. I did conditioning, practiced some tricks (as u could see in the previous video) and at the end did some freestyle, and finally, I achieved a #pdballerina on a #spinningpole ! ( #praisebe ) Was struggling with it for a long time, but my best friend @industrialpolequeen gave me a pro tip n trick how to do it in an easy way - it was 3 weeks ago when we decided to do some #poletricks n I was after some beers n spliff 😅 - however I learnt a new move, goals!💥 Btw, do you also look up the pole when you’re doing some tricks on it? I always do. :) I also look down when I’m sliding it. You know, it’s good to be aware n face what’s there… Aw and the #jadesplit was done without a stretching.😏 PS: This song became my fav on my #sentimentalshits list. Hi! My name is Sonia and I’m a Polish dancer living in London. I created this page to talk openly about strippin’ industry, pole dancing, stripper’s lifestyle and share my positive energy with you. I’m passionate about dancing since I was 11. I’ve been training Latin dances for 5 years and street styles for about year and half. I’ve started to work as a dancer in 2012 and because of my country's cultural background, big influence of patriarchy, stigma of this job and stereotypes I haven’t been talking about my job at all. Things got changed when I  came to London in 2016 for MA studies at UCL. After finishing my exchange I was supposed to go back to Poland and finish my degree there. I decided, I’d stay in London and get back into industry to safe money for education here and get my degree at Goldsmith’s - I’m still on a mission. ;) I’ve been working as a stripper in London since April 2017. I’m a member of Decrim Now and East London Strippers Collective - non profit organisations that fight for strippers rights and better working conditions at clubs but also fight false, stereotypic image of the strippers and their job. Activism is very important part of my life. I’m also a member of Dziewuchy London - we fight for women’s rights in Poland. I strongly believe people are more powerful in a group and can change things together. My style consists of exotic pole dance, floor work, striptease but also video clip dancing. My vibes are mainly dark, industrial, goth techno and electronic music but I also dance to vivid and cheerful tunes - my nickname comes from MGMT’s song “Electric Feel”.;) I love showing and sharing various emotions. To me dancing is telling the story and creating a different world. My dance can be funny and enertaining, mysterious, dark and scary, sensual and seductive, nostalgic, sad and even dramatic. I like joining different styles, changing tempo and also engaging the audience while I perform.  I just wanna put up a great show.

Hi guys! I’m Your Electric Girl and this is my first post here. Before I’m gonna write a bit more about myself and this account, I’d like to share with you my first pole practice since my holiday break (which is like a month now).

This is some halloween freestyle I did Thursday - because freestyles are mostly the things I film. This tune makes me think about wolf transformation, so I was trying to get my #animalspirit out. So it’s more about some dynamic here and drama than moves. Anyway, I’m very happy and please with it.
