Found this along with a bunch of clothes, credit cards and cash. My partner was hell bent on not trying to find the guy and keep the cash and toss the passport, saying things like: you don't know what you're getting into man. As if I was uncovering the dumping of the pimp who imported girls from Russia to be used as indentured servants. So I went about using the future phone and his business name on his credit cards to find his cell number and within 2 hours of finding his life strewn across a sidewalk he had some of it back in his hands. My partner that day...
