Parmanu Movie Review 3.5/5 Quite surprised that no one thought of making a film on the neuclear tests that took place at #Pokhran. Its so inspiring to watch the story unfold on the big screen in #Parmanu. Director #AbhishekSharma narrates the historic event with right amount of thrill and #JohnAbraham enacts the titular character with utmost perfection. He wonderfully underplays himself in the film, and delivers one of his finest performance till date. The film had a couple of flaws in the form of a few melodramatic moments and a little streched screenplay, but none the less you leave the cinema hall with pride. Using the real life footage of former Indian PM, Atal Bihari Vajpayee is a master-stroke as the same elevates the impact of the story. Go For It. Raazi Movie Review 4/5 The film Raazi is different and better from many other nationalism/ patriotic/border/spy films. First, Pakistan is not portrayed as a country of hatred, but just another country fighting for itself. Second, it's not a film of Hindu and Muslim but its completely just about two nations. Thus, portrayal of an Indian, that too Kashmiri Muslim as a patriot is the most needed narrative of today's intolerant times. Third, participation of women during times of war has been eliminated from history, this film covers that up. So, the film no doubt has been successfully able to present a subtle yet powerful discourse of patriotism of a muslim girl. One of the potential strongest moment to take this film into next level was the ambiguity in the conscience of Sehmat creating the disilliusionment. Yet, the film played safe when it came to showing the disillusionment of national boundaries. If the climax of the film was coupled with Rabindranath Tagore's philosophy of Nationalism making the audience deeply question the concept of boundaries, it would have created a more powerful enlightening of consciousness. Mewat was carved out as an independent district after dividing Gurgaon and Faridabad in 2005, after 1966 whilst Haryana changed into declared one of the states of India. As over all education level of Mewat was 44% viz Meo have 27% and Meo’s women have only 3% . Mewat is absolutely patriarch society; they do not permit the girls to move out of doors the village for examine or some other work. Meo do not permit outsiders to speak to their females in the village. This was a very challenging venture for me. I literally noticed homes exploding with newborns. Every married couple had 10-12 children on a median even after diverse attempt of government below NRHM and ICDS schemes. Average age of girls getting married inside the location is 13. They have their first infant with the aid of 14 or 15 and an average female in Mewat have around eleven pregnancies in her life.
