Double Life Session 2 Spoilers Ahead

“What if, instead of staying with our good…friend Scar, why don’t we find a new soulmate. A soulmate that we can actually survive, and get along with-“

Grian asked himself the question so clearly, so calmly, as if the plan wouldn’t end in Scars abandonment. He kept making his way to his base, very slowly, until stopping in his tracks as a stick snapped behind him. Grian turned around, and his heart dropped.

Scar, shield slipping out of his hand and axe lazily dragged in the dirt, was staring at him, face white. They stared at each other, and while pushing the endless headaches away that Scar would give him, Grian couldn’t help but feel terrible for what he’d just said. His soulmate huffed and shakily opened his mouth. “Is being my soulmate really that bad.”

It wasn’t a question, didn’t even sound like one at the way he said it. The words were cold, spine chilling, because Grian could hear the udder sadness in it all. “I mean, I know I’m…not the brightest person in the server, but hearing that from you- out of everyone makes it hurt the most.”

“Cause I actually wanted to be your soulmate!”

That one hurt to say. Grians didn’t feel as bad as he should’ve, but the worst thing about this whole thing was that Scars heart hurt, and Grian could feel that same emotional, body crushing pain. Grian took a step back, and that seemed to set Scar off. “Ok yeah, walk away, because that cures it all.”

Scar finally stopped, he looked away, blinking rapidly to keep himself from crying. “Can you blame me, Scar?!” Grian yelled, crossing his arms and staring his soulmate down. “Do you actually think at all, about what you say, what you do, and think that maybe at least trying to one thing right might’ve saved this.”

“What is ‘this’? This relationship?! How could you feel like this now after the desert, how you actually wanted to be with me then- how you chose to be with me, even when you could’ve been with someone else. What changed.”

“I would’ve done anything for you.”

His voice cracked, and Grian couldn’t help but feel like he had a point. Grian shrugged his shoulders. He turned around and kept walking. “Once you fix yourself, Scar. I’ll be long gone. You’ll get sick of yourself, your lonely self, and then, that’s when you’ll finally find out the reason I left.”

“It’s because I can’t stand you, Scar.”

I watched Jimmys entire Raft stream with Joel, Fwhip, and Grian and started getting flashbacks from your book scenes where Jimmy purely suffers. Just letting you know, if you every need motivation for more of Jimmy suffering and being treated terribly- just go to his vod channel and watch it. It’s literally just like 2 hours of Grian, Joel, and Fwhip, letting Jimmy die, and separating him from the raft. Trust me-

Ok everybody shut up for a second and listen to me. Can we all just appreciate every artist out there who can turn Mumbos scrunkly little Minecraft skin and turn it into some hot bastard that makes eating redstone seem cool? I mean, they took this:

And went to people saying, “yeah, but what if we made it cooler?”

And- I watched a movie, and look at what the bad guy looks like. It’s called Far and Away, pretty old movie, but I couldn’t help feel like he seemed familiar. Nobody can convince me that this isn’t what a better looking version, in the real world, of his skin would look like.

Hey! Look at that! I wrote a scarian book because I couldn’t help myself. I still need to write a chapter until heading off with the second book, but check it out if you’ve got time!

Summary:

Grian lived his life in the peace of the Rainforest, it was where he grew up, it was what he knew. Hermits we're getting ready to start season 6, many hermits explored right before seasons started. Without knowing, Scar stumbles on a Rainforest that changes the hermits forever. This "adventure" scar went on had gotten him lost, and stranded in a forest with a short bird boy. Friendships break, and Grian isn't sure who is on his side anymore.

Yes, yes it is. I came from the rift. Mumbo was there too, not sure why. I watched him loose part of his name, he was quite sad after that.

I'm supposed to be getting sleep and yet instead I am staying up and thinking about Scarian.

What is wrong with me

I’ll inform you that a week later Doc was working on his worldeater and little Doc wanted to show him something important. He was brought to a little spot somewhere in his base that didn’t seem to important, and was full of redstone, where little bird noises were coming from. Once he ducked down and found out where it was coming from, Grians egg, which he didn’t find had hatched and huddling in a corner. He was shaking and looked absolutely terrified. Mini Doc ended up helping him out and they brought him to Grian, who after that didn’t actually leave his house for a week to protect him. Scar needed to check on him after a while out of worry and found him huddled in a small pile of blankets with his mini him, safe and sound.
