devotional acts for Lord Hypnos if you don’t have an altar for Him or just want to feel closer to Him:
take a nap!
write about your dreams
create a playlist for Him
draw Him (it’s okay if you’re not good at drawing, He would probably love to see how you depict Him)
sit outside at night and maybe listen to a devotional playlist or read a book or just nothing
learn about symbolism in dreams
learn about sleep stages
listen to calming soundscapes and music
make your bed
just sit down and relax for a bit
