I love that Kyoya has never not admitted or refused to admit how much he cares about the Host Club. I think he genuinely did not know what caring for something materialistic or "temporary" (which he has referred to the host club as) felt like or how people usually process adoration.

When Haruhi was accused to stealing fake antiques at the mall and Kyoya defended her, Haruhi called him out on it and said that he must have emotions after all and Kyoya was like "What? No that lady has merit that's why I did it. She's very rich. She's a business partner. No I don't."

Then Kyoya said that he and the Host Club members were only friends because it was beneficial to them all, it sounded cold, but that sort of thinking was probably burned into him at a young age and is not as cold and distant to him as it appears or sounds to others.

Hikaru. 😌 hoho i am not sure if you could tell or not, by my blog but huhuhu yes It’s Hikaru.

He has complex feelings and It makes it interesting to delve into and explore.

Am I the only 1 who wondered about the transness/lgbt+ of the mc

It could be just a gender non conforming thing but it could be very lgbt+

Wich I think both are lovely!

Are we talking about Haruhi? I like Haruhi’s character because the openness of Haruhi’s gender and personality gives everyone something to relate to.

Personally I think Haruhi is so comfortable in her sexuality and comfortable with herself that she simply just doesn’t care if people think she’s a boy or girl. I think she identifies as a girl but her gender and what people think of it just does not matter to her at all. And she’s comfortable in herself and looks that she didn’t care when she chopped her hair off because of the gum in it.

As for the clothes she wears. She obviously has cute girly taste, but that is a matter of comfort. And also money. Haruhi wore her father’s old clothes to school on her first day at Ouran because she could not afford a uniform.

But I think it’s lovely everyone can find comfort and something personal in Haruhi. She’s a great mc!

how much English do you think the hosts know? I don’t know how much English they know since they’re from Japan, but I do know once they go abroad that they try to speak in English as much as they can. And Hikaru failed his foreign language class but Kaoru didn’t, so do you think some hosts know more than others? Or like would they struggle conversing with someone like you or me? That’s been on my mind haha thank you for listening !

I thought about this a lot. In my fanfic “Speak now” Hikaru and Kaoru live in Spain and they’re both quite fluent in English however Hikaru cannot even begin to comprehend French or Spanish. Somehow he wakes up on a boat in the middle of French waters and he is arrested and taken back to Kaoru’s house for not having a passport and not being cooperative with the French police (because he couldn’t understand them). Haha. I’m so sorry to my son.

But I think most of the hosts, including Haruhi, are otherwise fluent in English. Tamaki and Kyoya being the 2 who know more languages out of all of them.

I am working on selling these to make space in my room, and save money. I have other cosplays and props ready to sell as well but they are not OHSHC.

I am also selling my homemade Mitsuri cosplay. It comes with everything pictured, minus the black belt with a heart and the stuffed bunny. Those items have unfortunately been lost.
