Hey Boys and Girls!  Want to watch a grown ass man nearly kill himself getting 50 FIFTY levels in 12 TWELVE WEEKS in Everquest 1?

Sure you do!  Here is the deal!  EQ1 just went live with a progression server (Agnarr) today (May 24, 2017) and everyone starts back at level one as if the game was newly released.  It is HUGELY popular.  Seriously.  The server keeps crashing because SO MANY PEOPLE keep trying to log in at once!  So as they progress, over a span of months into years, Everquest will slowly 1 by 1 “release” the expansions on this server, stopping with Plains of Power.  So it’s pretty much staying Vanilla EQ plus the first five of 23 expansions, no nonsense, no bullshit.

In 12 weeks the first expansion goes live and my fool of a Tool house spouse has it in his head that he HAS TO BE AT LEVEL CAP (50TH) KAREN, YOU DON’T UNDERSTAND!!  And he is willing to nearly kill himself trying.  *he glares at me* Excuse me, succeeding.  And the whole thing will be streamed live for your enjoyment.

The thing is, he’s really good at this.  Really really good at this.  He’s legendary in the games he plays.  Stories abound.  Bards tell tales of him.  And YOU CAN WATCH IT ALL GO DOWN LIVE!

How?

Twitch is where he’s streaming at.  Accounts are free and you have to watch like one ad when you join his channel, but like that’s it.  He’s streaming every moment he plays, and he’s playing a minimum of 8 hours a day.  Knowing him, it’ll be more like 18 hours a day.  He’s threatened not to sleep at all this first week.

Ahhhh Agnarr, finally the newest progression server of the EverQuest Family released on Thursday.  With the standard 4+ queue of trying to get into the server as well.  So sadly, I started a day later than I liked.  Amazingly, no one claimed any forms of my “Hoshi” name…
