Now is NOT the time for hentai!
Context: My Tiefling Monk had just been entrapped by a terrain of tentacles spell cast by the enemy we were currently trying to take down.
Tyler, the DM: Alright Amilius (me), you are now suspended above the ground by viscous black tentacles that bind your limbs, including your tail. What do you do?
Me, OOC: Can I try to struggle a little, maybe just to get an arm free? Amilius really hates being restrained, he’s freaking out a little.
DM: (rolls) You try to wiggle a little in an attempt to free one of your arms, but the tentacles just bind you tighter and lift you higher into the air. Two others join them, immobilizing you further. You cry out in pain and take 4 extra damage.
Knight, OOC: Stop making Amilius an unwilling participant in your hentai tentacle porn fantasies, Tyler! Now is NOT the time!
Cue the party laughing uncontrollably and Tyler flipping us all off. Thankfully, the next turn we killed the man who cast the spell and Amilius was freed, only slightly traumatized by his…experience.
