cant stop thinking abt how glimmer and the kids, being angelic in some capacity, are gonna outlive bow  .   cant stop thinking abt angie telling him he looks better every day even though he’s very clearly dying  .  cant stop thinking abt archer being gifted his old equipment but not being able to use it  .  cant stop thinking abt sage searching desperately for some kind of way to save him even though he knows it’s futile . jst cant stop thinking

☀️  -  FINNIE !  

        ‘   ANGIE.   angie.   ‘    voice  was  a  gentle  sing  -   song  in  their  throat  as  they  slide  next  to  angie  on  the  couch   (   PINK  AND  PUFFY,    as  everything  in  the  castle  was   —   finn  could  barely  spend  a  day  here  without  leaving  covered  in  GLITTER   ).   their  head  finds  angie’s  shoulder,   a  devilish  smile  working  upon  their  lips.   UH  -  OH.   there  was  very  clearly  an  idea  sparking  in  their  mind,   which  was  never  a  good  thing.   ‘  have  you  seen  scorpia  today ?   ‘  they  purr,   ears  drawn  down  as  they  nuzzle  into  her  skin.

       “ HMM...   WHO’S THERE ? ”      the  princess  attempts  to  harmonize,   sweet  voice  fading  into  a  giggle.       she’s  never  been  good  at   THEATRICS,   but  she  closes  her  eyes  and  leans  her  head  back  nonetheless,   pretending  not  to  notice  finn  as  her  fingers  play  with  the  pages  of  the  book  in  her  hands.         “  she  and  auntie  perfuma  are   supposed   to  be  coming  by  for  lunch  later. ”         her  unconvincing  facade  falls  fully  as  she  gasps,   one  joyous  hand  flying  up  to  graze  their  cheek.          “  oh,   finn  !      are  you  going  to  come  and  meditate  with  us  ?  ”

GLIMBOW FANKIDS RUNDOWN:

in total, glimmer and bow end up having three children; princess angella, princess archer, and prince sage. when glimmer was first pregnant, she was told that there was only one baby. this was soon changed when the healers (mystacor based sorcerers) detected a second heartbeat. one heir turned to two, and the girls, angie and archer, were born. a year and a half later, glimmer and bow decided to have another kid, and prince sage was born happy and healthy.

PRINCESS ANGELLA “ANGIE” OF BRIGHT MOON,  the heir to the bright moon throne by a mere three minutes. she is whimsical, studious, and easily stressed.

IN APPEARANCE,  angella grows to be the tallest of the bright moon children. muscular, yet dainty, she stands 6’0 by the time she’s done growing. her hair, most commonly worn in locs, is predominantly a sparkly pink with a violet undertone (her twin’s being the opposite).

her day to day outfits consist of crop tops (thanks dad!) with long, batwing sleeves, along with pants and a shimmery skirt that sits overtop them. she is most commonly wears flats, and has a long diamond chain earring (going down to below her bust) that contains a shard of the moonstone. she wears on her left ear.

IN POWERS,  angella has a charge-sensitive connection with the moonstone that she shares with glimmer and sage. her moonstone granted power is basic teleportation. out of all of her siblings, angie is the one that shows the most promise in sorcery, but often overthinks her spellcasting. she is a quarter angelic, and while not immortal, has a lifespan much longer than the average human, though not as long as her mother’s. she eventually grows a set of wings slightly smaller than her mother’s.

IN PERSONALITY,  angella is booksmart, creative, and passionate, but tends to be airheaded and delusional at times. due to being spoiled as a royal, she has a skewered sense of the world that and doesn’t actively seek to challenge her perceptions, well aware she’s safe inside bright moon. she is easily high strung, but means well, and wants nothing more than to be heroic and beloved among her people. as the oldest (by three minutes) she tries to take initiative among her siblings and cares for both them and her parents deeply.

HOBBIES:  meditation, crystal collecting, playing the flute, fashion, reading, and sailing

PRINCESS ARCHER OF BRIGHT MOON,   the surprise second princess that shocked the kingdom. she is kind, free spirited, and a dash insecure.

IN APPEARANCE,  archer is curvy, athletic, and of average height, standing around 5’5, just a bit taller than her brother. her hair, always worn natural aside from being tied up in a bun atop her head, is predominantly a sparkly violet with a pink undertone (her twin’s being the opposite).

her day to day outfits consist of a trusty custom jacket with a built in quiver for her bow and arrows, a short frilly skirt with shorts underneath, and big chunky boots. she wears a necklace partially made from the end piece of one of her father’s arrows and a tiny shard of the moonstone.

IN POWERS,  archer is the only one of her siblings not to show any connections to her runestone. there is only speculation as to why, one of those speculations being her having to share glimmer’s womb with angella. to make up for this, bow began teaching her archery as soon as he could, molding her in his master image. she is a quarter angelic, and while not immortal, has a lifespan much longer than the average human, though not as long as her mother’s. though they do not grow into real wings, archer has small wing imprints on her upper back.

IN PERSONALITY,  archer is kind and charismatic, always quick to lend a helping hand. her eagerness to connect with others shines through, and she is a free spirit dedicated to her causes and her family. despite this, archer harbors many deep rooted insecurities, many of them regarding feeling out of place in her family. she is close with her twin, but naturally more charming than her, angie having to Try to connect with others. still, because angie is more into politics and princess lessons, archer is often seen as the screwy, unfit to rule twin.

HOBBIES: archery, tree climbing, dancing, horseback riding, window shopping, board games

PRINCE SAGE OF BRIGHT MOON,   the youngest of the bright moon children. he is intelligent, adventurous, and harbors his mother’s fiery attitude.

IN APPEARANCE,   sage is stocky, built, and of average height, standing around 5’4, just a bit shorter than archer. he has his mother’s choppy, messy hair. it’s sleek, black, and littered with little sparkles that look like stars- and he takes wonderful care of it. his appearance is extremely important to him. he has a small heart shaped birthmark on his cheek.

his day to day outfits consist of white gloves, a soft gold cape, and formal prince garments (from the sleeveless shirt to the perfectly pressed pants). he wears a bracelet that contains a tiny shard of the moonstone within it.

IN POWERS,  sage has the strongest bond with the moonstone out of him and his sisters. he shares this power with his mother and angella. his moonstone granted power is charge sensitive light manipulation. he shows promise in sorcery, but is much more interested in the history of spellcasting than he is actually doing it. he is a quarter angelic, and while not immortal, has a lifespan much longer than the average human, though not as long as her mother’s. he eventually grows a set of wings slightly smaller than his mother’s.

IN PERSONALITY,  sage is known for his insatiable curiosity hand desire to learn. because he has three immortal women ahead of him for the throne, he distanced himself from political duties at a young age, taking up a place within various etherian communities instead. he can often be reckless in the pursuit of his knowledge, and possesses his mother’s short fuse despite his calm demeanor. fluid and strategic, his favorite place to be is around other people, even if he can seem aloof.

HOBBIES: reading, any kind of project he can get his hands on, baking, gardening, stargazing

     “ THANKS SO MUCH        for  the  vote  of  confidence.  ”        gemma  huffs.        she  only  spares  shaggy  a  side  glance  before  attempting  to  push  past  him  again,   grunting  and  shoving  his  arm  away  more  forcefully  than  the  last  time.      shes  well  aware  that  getting  involved  with   richard  sutcliffe   and  his  supposed,   harebrained   CULT  STUFF   is  a  bad  idea,   but  it’s  the  only  step  she  can  take  at  this  point  that’ll  eventually  lead  to  more  answers.      since  arriving  in  pine  springs  so  little  time  ago,   she’s  had  more  near  death  experiences  than  she  can  count  on  her  fingers,    and  she’s  walked  out  of  each  and  every  one  of  them  prepared  to  take  on  the  next  challenge.       and  it  looks  like  that  next  challenge  is  standing  slightly  behind  her  now  that  she’s  shoved  him  aside.

      “  you  don’t  have  to  go  on   WORRYING   about  me  or  anything.  ”     she  says  antsily,   not  quite  sure  what  she’s  leading  up  to  with  this.       with  a  loll  of  her  head  that  signifies  defeat,   gemma  holds  out  her  hand  to  him.      “  ——   you  could  come  with  us,   shaggy.      this  is  your   THING    after  all,   isn’t  it  ?      exploiting  the  spooky,   evil  deeds  of  rich  white  guys  ?   ”

ik i just posted lonnie’s sad stats but..........  frosta canonically ascended the throne at age eight .  which means her parents died when she was eight  .  she was exceptionally close with both of them,  and was the only member of the royal family to survive a coup staged by a few power hungry advisors where the crown was poisoned    (they'd run out of time to poison the princess's dinner).  .    before they died,  the king and queen were able to identify the traitors,   out them,  and have them executed.    with so many people gone,  frosta took it upon herself to do her parents proud and rule,  running an extremely tight ship.

anyway.   lonnie was born in a small,  bleak village outside of the northern reach that,  as of canon,  no longer exists  /  is barely known.      the horde ransacked the village completely,  and lonnie’s parents abandoned her there in order to have enough time to save themselves,  only to be caught in a blizzard and perish soon after.     horde soldiers found baby lonnie on the floor of her bedroom and brought her back to fright zone to be raised with the other orphans.    though she tries to hide it through general toughness,   she wonders extensively about her birthplace  /  parents,   and channels that pain into her training.     she works hard more for herself than she does the horde.
