Anyway, writing, it happens. And on the 20th you can come yell at me about mine in a live chat on the Fic Club discord. I mean, you can yell at me about it literally any time, but that's when there is a whole thing happening. Realistically I might just yell right back about how much I love YOUR writing etc. The selected fic is the treehouse boys, but anything is fair game.

part of me feels like this doesn't just mean "i should have told him i was in love with him". i think it also means, or it should also mean, that he should have told ed that things were happening too fast, that he was scared, that he was happy when ed kissed him but it made him panic, that he felt inadequate, that he couldn't fully understand ed's or his own feelings, that chauncey messed with his head, that he felt like he had to go back to his family because it was the one thing he could try to fix but he couldn't turn ed back into the "beautiful" blackbeard
